A month later and they still consider this a rescue mission? Anyone else and they would have given up in a couple of days. The cost of the resources for this is stupid expensive and who is going to pay for it? The tax payers. This is so stupid.

I agree. At this juncture, the search is for remains. I would love to think he is still alive, but he's been gone too long and the conditions where we went missing have been treacherous.
