Quinton Simon (20 m/o) found dead in a landfill almost two months after going missing; his mother has been arrested

    https://abcnews.go.com/US/40-fbi-age...ry?id=91285559

Police in Savannah, Georgia, said they believe the toddler who mysteriously vanished one week ago is dead, and they've named the boy's mother as the primary suspect.

Chatham County police on Wednesday brought search dogs to the home of the 20-month-old Quinton Simon, who has been missing since Oct. 5.

Ive been waiting for someone to make a thread on this! There?s tons of drama on this on tik tok. I?ve read some people saying the grandma posted he?s been found dead in a landfill. The babysitter posts on tik tok and there?s videos of her and the grandma all out fighting. I think the mom killed him and the grandma feels guilt about it.

Im not saying the mom didnt kill him, but they are tricky at that age. Just tonight I closed and locked the gate behind me, and went down to feed the dog. I turn around and shes right behind me. How did she open the gate? How did I not hear her coming down the stairs? Its scary when they are that age.

Im talking about my niece, shes 22 months.

I?ve read the mom wouldn?t let the babysitter help look for him and that shortly after he went missing the mom was posting on fb asking for help with her pool. Many are saying she?s acting like Casey Anthony.

The poor grandmother lost her grandson and her husband, I cant imagine how shes feeling.

I knew a lot of people dont believe this, but I think the grandpa and grandson are together.

FFS. At least they were able to nab her.

I just don't understand how a mother could kill her child, especially a little one like Quinton.

Like, seriously? I don't get it. How do you kill a kid that depends on you for everything, unless you're a goddamn monster?

Yes, PPP, PPD, I know, but gahhhh. You have to be one completely fucked up individual to hurt a little one.

    20 months old.

He got 20 months and then his life got snuffed out and he was left to rot with the trash.

Why is it that we can't do this to the people who killed him? Just dismember them and leave them to rot in the wood somewhere? There's nothing so cruel and unusual as doing this to a child, so that argument isn't valid.

I just don't understand, and I never fucking will.

Rest in Paradise, Quinton. You deserved far better than what you got.
Don't like what I have to say? I respect that. Now go fuck yourself.

The grandmother had custody and I believe the mom was paying child support to her.

So did the mom just kidnap him and kill him?

In one of the links it says the grandmother tried to have the mom and her bf evicted so I think they all lived together? Plus there was a babysitter that watched him a lot. Mom probably didn?t want to pay child support and/or move out and maybe killed him for that? But then idk what grandma?s involvement was.

Thanks for the explanation. I dont think the grandma was directly involved, but should have kept the grandson safe and away from bio mom.

Its not like the bio mom was a single mother, stressed out and frustrated with no help. She literally did nothing but be a squatter and a piece of shit.
