So I have been thinking about this. Please understand that I am not saying slaughtering and dismembering someone is ok, but if they were robbing this guy's place of business wouldn't the business owner have a right (especially in a red state) to shoot to stop a robbery?

The killing thing would have been considered self defense or "Castle Law" or whatever, but the whole chopping them up thing kind of kills his defense. I don't know about you, but I wouldn't panic enough to dismember four dudes and dispose of them. It's not easy to cut people up in to little pieces and even less easy to do it to four of them. Panic, yes. Panic and then spend time cutting up four people? It takes a certain kind of person to be able to do that. That's some serial killer shit.
