I saw this coming a month ago. I'm just so sorry that I'll be leaving you behind in this hellscape. This is no longer my country as far as I'm concerned.

That's going to be the main contraceptive they're going to go after.

IUD's, birth control pills, Plan B...all on the chopping block. They consider them to be mini abortions.

Yep. All the "I just couldn't get excited about Hillary" or "I voted 3rd party in 2016" folks should feel good about their foot stamping, fit throwing.

If you live in a red state now is the time to get out. The disparities are already there, but they will only get worse. I've lived in both, and I'm on my way back to the high tax blue state. Sometimes paying taxes is OK. I could write a book on my time here in Trump's America, and it would surprise a lot of people. It hasn't been bad at all. However, healthcare and education are very important to me, and Kentucky is lacking in both areas. It's only going to get worse.

As is usual, those behind this bullshit are people like me - straight, white males.

    So, I'm sorry.

I'm sorry how fucking horrible we are and I am deeply ashamed of this country.

Honestly, you are our hero right now. THIS is the time to speak out about the bullshit because clearly our voices haven't been heard. YOU are the vehicle that not just all women need right now, but anyone that isn't a straight white male needs.

Make some noise, my brother. Make some noise.

    I'd do it for you.

Well, we actually gave up on him decades ago. He's most certainly not Black. Maybe he's trans racial? Idk but please don't call that thing Black. I don't think that he would like it. What we call him rhymes with moon. Same with Owens, Walker, that weird police officer from Milwaukee, those weird homosexual pastors that want to ban themselves, and the most mooning of them all, Zirconia and Polyester.

Oh and Black people are generally conservative, but that usually just means with ourselves, most of us do not care what the next person is doing. What you eat doesn't make me shit. If only that were the motto of this country, if only we didn't worry about what the next person did in their personal lives... How great we could be.

That used to be the way it was in most of the great plains and mt west. The Dakotas, Wyo., Montana. Pretty conservative, but minding our own business, go to church or not, drink and smoke or not, have 0 kids or 10, I'll mind my business and you mind yours. If you need a hand, I'll help and I'd hope you'll do the same. Then we elected a bunch of damn fools who think we need them to think for us, and we've all gone to hell.

Especially when the women folks are out of line. Gotta tell them how to live and what to wear.

Fuck the ENTIRE STATE OF KENTUCKY!
Not only did they have a trigger law, but they also have this gem in it

notarized statement from a practitioner licensed pursuant to this chapter each month that
states whether she is pregnant or not pregnant. If pregnant, the signed and notarized
statement shall provide the status of the pregnancy. The woman shall submit the signed and
notarized statement to the Cabinet for Health and Family Services each month. Any woman
who fails to provide this monthly signed and notarized statement to the cabinet shall be subject
to arrest and fines. Any woman who is pregnant and fails to provide this monthly signed and
notarized statement to the cabinet will be fitted with an ankle monitor for the duration of the
pregnancy in addition to any arrest and fines."; and

I'm pretty sure this is something that was filed to show the extremism of the GOP. Note that it is put forth by Mary Lou Marzian. She is a Democrat. She is also the one who filed the bill to require wives to approve their husband's viaga, to prove a point.

"It is time we regulate men's reproductive choices": Kentucky lawmaker on why her new bill limits Viagra access to married men with notes from their spouses

Here is an opinion piece from her:

How hypocritical Republican lawmakers are trying to put women, minorities 'in their place'

Not saying we can't get to this point, but I want to be factual here.

Close. It's an amendment that a person opposed to the trigger law proposed to be added. It didn't pass, but it was really offered.

So it didn't pass? The only other news source is Spectrum 1 news, a local news station out of Louisville for Spectrum TV customers.

Thank you. Bevins signed the trigger law. I couldn't remember who was governor in 2020.

No, it was a Democrat and she put that in basically to show them how extreme they were being.
