This solidifies my thoughts that she was homeless. Pretty much anyone found dead in a tent in LA County would be. To her Sister, I work with the homeless in LA and just know that there are people out there that actually care about people like Kaitlyn. Everyone makes mistakes in life and just because they do it doesn't mean that they don't matter or have people that love them. If your family wasn't aware, know that the County Coroner is easy to reach and that her remains will be kept safe until someone claims them.
