The Mohave County Sheriff's Office identified the passenger killed in a crash involving a Las Vegas tour bus headed to Grand Canyon West on Jan. 22 as 53-year-old Shelley Ann Voges of Boonville, Indiana.

The department updated a post on its Facebook page saying Voges was declared dead at the crash site in Dolan Springs northwest of Kingman. The department also announced that three passengers had been transported to Kingman Regional Medical Center with critical injuries after initially reporting that two were transported.

Two of the three passengers were later transferred to Las Vegas-area hospitals for further treatment. The department said all three passengers are listed as being in stable condition as of Monday afternoon.

It added that 40 other passengers were treated at Kingman Regional Medical Center and released.

The department said most of the passengers were from the United States while one was from Europe, and ages ranged between 20 to 60 years old.

The Sheriff's Office said the bus was managed by Comedy On Deck Tours out of Las Vegas. Comedy on Deck has not answered The Arizona Republic's calls or messages since Saturday.

"The investigation into why the accident occurred is still ongoing, and more information will be released pending the results of the investigation," the department posted.
