HOUSTON ? At least two people are wanted after a fight led to a triple fatal shooting inside a Houston club late Tuesday, according to Houston police.

Police said the shooting happened around 9:43 p.m. at DD Sky Club, near I-45 and I-69, on the edge of midtown and downtown.

Police were told there was a fight inside the club, which is located on the second floor of a shopping center, and at least two people pulled out guns and opened fire, shooting into the crowd. Three people died at the scene and a fourth victim was taken to the hospital and is expected to survive.
No suspects have been arrested at this time. It's unknown if any of the people killed were possibly shooters as well, but police said no weapons were recovered at the scene.

No names have been released, but police said the three people killed were all men. KHOU 11's Anayeli Ruiz reports they were part of a group waiting to perform at open mic night, an evening when local rappers gather at the club.

A security guard told KHOU 11 they search all the men who come into the venue but not the women, and they believe the guns were sneaked in by women.

Police said there were multiple witnesses and surveillance video they hope will help with the investigation.

This is a developing story. Check back for updates.

Anyone with information that could help police should call HPD Homicide at 713-308-3600 or Houston Crime Stoppers at 713-222-TIPS.

HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- State alcohol authorities have suspended the liquor license of a Midtown Houston club where three people were shot to death this week.

DD Sky Club in the 2100 block of Chenevert Street was hosting a rap showcase when gunfire erupted, but the 30-day suspension isn't related to the violence, authorities said.

The action by the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission comes after agents accused the establishment of violating Gov. Greg Abbott's order that limits bar capacity during the COVID-19 pandemic.

In addition to the license suspension, TABC agents are also investigating the violence that happened on Tuesday.

Police said there was a fight on the second floor of the club, where at least two people pulled out guns and shot into the crowd.

The club was packed for a "mic check" show involving DJs, singers and producers.

Police say 19-year-old Jailyn Bernard Page, 21-year-old Bryce Lee Goddard and 22-year-old Christopher Donshae Jackson all died at the scene.

The fourth victim, 17-year-old Sir John Mitchell, remains in the hospital in critical condition. He is expected to survive.

Police believe there were at least two shooters, but so far, no arrests have been made.
The suspects are being described as two Black males.

The TABC's action is the latest in a string of suspensions related to alleged violations of social distancing rules meant to slow the spread of COVID-19.

According to its website, TABC has the authority to suspend any license that poses a threat to the public welfare.

The first infraction will result in up to a 30-day license suspension, and the second will result in up to a 60-day suspension.

The video above is from previous reporting.

Update the scene of the Bar Club Shooting has their Alcohol License Revoked allegedly for the COVID-19 violations.
