    PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) ? Portland police are looking for a woman with Alzheimer?s disease who has not been seen since Friday.

    Ha Pham, 71, left her home near Northeast 72nd Ave and NE Pacific Street around noon Friday, according to police. Her family said she may be confused and not know how to get home. Pham does not speak English, only Vietnamese.

    She is 5?1″ tall, weighs 110 pounds, and was last seen wearing a black sleeveless dress. She has shoulder-length, graying hair.

    Police said anyone who sees her should call 911 right away.

    Police are asking again for the public’s help in finding a 71-year-old Portland woman with Alzheimer’s who hasn’t been seen since last Friday.

    Ha Pham was last seen at about noon on August 28 before she went for a walk from her house on 72nd Street to the Fred Meyer on Glisan Street.

    Pham, who only speaks Vietnamese, is described as about 5-foot 1-inch tall, weighing 110 pounds, with shoulder-length graying hair. She was last seen wearing a black sleeveless dress, without a face mask.

    Ms. Pham has Alzheimer's disease and is medically fragile. She does not drive and does not use public transportation.

    Detectives from the Portland Police Missing Person’s Unit searched for Pham through neighborhoods Thursday, handing our her photo with information on the case.

    The Multnomah County medical examiner on Friday confirmed the body found Thursday was that of a 71-year-old woman who had been missing for three weeks.

    Ha Pham’s body was found about four miles from her home Thursday morning in the 3800 block of Northeast Lombard Street, police said.

    She suffered from Alzheimer’s disease. The ME said she died of undetermined natural causes.
