I don't eat red meat, not for any intensely philosophical reasons, I just don't really eat it. I tried to wean myself off chicken but it's too darn delicious
I like Ribeyes and Prime Rib too much to give up red meat.

I hear ya. I love Chicken and only eat red meat occasionally, I just wish I could be as cool as a vegetarian. Instead, I have changed my buying habits of meat, quite a bit. I only buy it from local farmers, with no steroids, and cage free. It is kinda expensive, but that just makes me eat less meat.
