yep!  those are the ones i'm talking about.  they see you coming, yet they stay right where they are.    depending on how much time i have, sometimes i get in front of them...then slow down to 50.    :lol:

The funniest part about it: usually when you slow down infront of them, they get all bent out of shape and change lanes. Like going 50 in the fast lane is so much worse than the 55 they were going in the first place!

Oh my goodness Rach!!  How scary.  It's a good thing your landlord saw the fire, it could of been a lot worse.  Keep a cup of water out there with you from now on.  That way when you put the cig out you can dump it in water.

My landlord hadn't seen the fire.  He was summoned by my screaming.  We used to have this big pot that was full of rain water that we used but my landlord moved it.  I'm going to move it back though.  My housemate never puts his cigarettes out.
