Not for a long time. She is using this to prolong her sentencing and if she does get convicted, she'll use mental illness to claim the trial has to be done over.

I agree that she is using it to prolong everything, but I also think it's good because it leaves less room for appeal since she is no longer doing it herself. She's behind bars now, that's all I care about.

Update : at the preliminary hearing yesterday it was revealed this bitch stabbed Gannon 18 times , shot him through his jaw and he had blunt force trauma to the skull. There were 3 bullets found with his remains ( one removed from his skull) and his body was in such advanced decomposition that they couldn't tell where else he was shot .

And Leticia refused to go to the preliminary hearing.

Thank you! I watched the whole thing. The prosecution did a great opening. Defense's mic kept cutting in and out but he said she (Letecia) was abused as a child and has Multiple Personality Disorder He actually said "she wasnt killing Gannon that day she was killing demons from her childhood". What a joke.
