Woman bit her friend's ear and face because she thought she was a wolf and her friend was a vampire

A Michigan woman is standing trial for allegedly biting off her friend?s left ear and starting to munch on her face while ?hovering? on all fours ? allegedly believing she was a wolf and her victimized pal was a vampire.

Allison Weaver, 44, was found, covered in blood, over over her 48-year-old friend at around 1:30 a.m. on Sept. 17 inside the Lake Village Apartments in Rochester Hills, according to a summary report of the incident obtained by Oxygen.com.

The victim testified in open court on Tuesday that she feared she was facing certain death.

?The next thing I remember is trying to get away and hearing her, as clear as day, with no reflection (sic) in her tone, just saying, 'Sorry ... but you're gonna have to die today,'? the unidentified victim said, according to WDIV, an NBC affiliate in Detroit.

Weaver was charged with assault with the intent to do great bodily harm and to maim, as well as attempted sexual assault, according to the incident report.

Deputies from the Oakland County Sheriff?s Office were called to the scene by a concerned downstairs neighbor who could hear two women ?fighting.?

At the front door, police could hear someone ?moaning and calling for help,? the report states.

Deputies entered through an unlocked door and reached the master bedroom where Weaver and her alleged victim were ?partially nude.? Weaver had allegedly bit her friend?s face and was seen ?hovering over the victim? next to the bed.

"They saw the two women covered in blood," Sgt. Jason Dalbec testified, according to WDIV. "One was lying on the floor. Another was kneeling next to her, and they're both in this dazed and confused [state]."

Oakland County Deputy Shawn Hopkins attempted to get answers from Weaver.

"Ms. Weaver told me that they were having consensual sex and that [victim] was a vampire and that Ms. Weaver was the wolf," Hopkins said in court, according to WDIV.

Blood was gushing from the victim?s ?left orbital area and the ear,? according to the sheriff's report.

Deputies learned that Weaver and the victim were neighbors. On this night, Weaver allegedly made sexual propositions which were rebuffed by the victim, the report states.

?She kissed me with an open-mouth kiss and my reaction was to just kind of laugh and brush it off and stop it," the victim testified, according to the television station covering the trial.

The victim tried to make clear that she was not interested in romance that evening.

"I was, like, 'Just leave me alone. I'm going to bed.' I remember walking to bed, going to bed and falling asleep," she said.

Weaver, all of a sudden, turned feral, according to the victim.

"(I remember) jumping off my bed and seeing Allison on all fours on my bed and me standing there and she was on all fours giving me a really scary look," the victim said. "I was, like, 'Allison, Allison, what are you doing?' She just kept giving me this look with her head going back and forth. I was, like, 'What are you doing?' She just lunged at me, and she just started strangling me."

Slipping in and out of consciousness, the victim could only recall that she was in grave danger.

She came to when deputies discovered that not only her face, but her entire body was riddled with bites.

The victim said she could sense that her cheek and ear were "gone," and could feel bites on her stomach, groin, breasts, head and elsewhere.

"I'm going to have to live with these scars forever," she testified.

Deputies suspect that Weaver was inebriated from either alcohol or drugs, and transported her to a hospital drunk tank to sober up.

Weaver was initially released on $75,000 bond to await trial, a court official confirmed.
