Erin McClintock (40) missing from Hillsboro, OR since 10/21/19

The car of a Hillsboro mother of three who has been missing since Monday was found Thursday afternoon, but her whereabouts remain unknown.

Erin McClintock, 40, hasn?t been heard from since she dropped her sons off at Aloha High School on Monday morning. Police say she was last seen at in the area of Southwest 185th Avenue and Southwest Kinnaman Road in Aloha just after 7:15 a.m.

Her mother, Carol Snyder, said her daughter never showed up to her job at MetaFab in Hillsboro, and McClintock?s supervisor called her to let her know. Snyder drove the routes that she thought her daughter would likely be on, and then started calling local hospitals to see if something had happened to her daughter.

McClintock was driving a red 2011 Kia Soul with Oregon license plate 320FHN, which Snyder said was found Thursday in the parking lot of the Tualatin Hills Aquatic Center in Beaverton.

McClintock, however, has not been found. The missing woman is 5 feet, 5 inches tall and weighs approximately 150 pounds. She has long blond hair, hazel eyes and was last seen wearing jeans and a multicolored hoodie.

Sgt. Danny DiPietro with the Washington County Sheriff?s Office said Tualatin Hills Parks and Recreation District officials said they don?t have surveillance video of their parking lot. He said other businesses in the area do have video cameras, but he said he didn?t know whether detectives had yet requested footage. DiPietro said the family officially reported her missing on Wednesday morning, two days after she was last seen.

After finding her car, Snyder said volunteers are redistributing flyers with her daughter?s face on them and waiting for her to contact them.

Detectives are also checking McClintock?s bank and phone records for any sign of activity, Snyder said. She said her daughter?s phone appears to be turned off.

Snyder described her daughter as a quiet, private person who is invested in her kids? activities.

?She doesn?t go into places where she would get into trouble,? Snyder said.

According to her Facebook page, McClintock moved to the area from Texas in 1990 and has been living in Hillsboro since 2010. She?s a 1997 grad of Benson Polytechnic High School in Portland, and she?s mom to three teenage sons. Police say she has no known medical issues.

Investigators would like to speak with anyone who has seen McClintock or her vehicle since Monday morning. They ask that anyone with information contact the Washington County Sheriff?s Office at 503-629-0111.

An Aloha woman missing since Oct. 21 was found safe on Tuesday across the street from where her car was found, according to family members.

Erin McClintock, 40, was last seen dropping her sons off around 7:15 a.m. Monday, Oct. 21 at Aloha High School at SW 185th Avenue and SW Kinnaman Road.

Her 2011 red Kia Soul was spotted Thursday afternoon at a recreation complex in Beaverton.

Erin’s son, Zach, told KOIN 6 News his mom called his grandparents (Erin’s parents) on Tuesday and her ex-husband tracked the call then informed police.

Beaverton police said they met up with Erin in the parking lot of the Fred Meyer on SW Walker Road and 158th — across the street from where her car was found. Erin was healthy and told officers she left on her own accord.

Relatives said Erin’s ex-husband, Reed, picked her up.

“Use every resource, turn over every rock and whatever you do, don’t lose hope — hold onto it with a firm grip,” Reed said. “Really happy and grateful that she is back.”

Police said there is no criminal investigation.
