This is getting crazier a Biden Campaign bus was chased by Pro-Trump Militia

Central Texas (KXAN) — Supporters of President Donald Trump allegedly harassed a Joe Biden-Kamala Harris bus as it traveled through Central Texas on Friday, according to local Democratic activists.

Videos and photos posted on social media show a long line of vehicles flying Trump flags trailing the Biden-Harris bus as it traveled from San Antonio to Austin on I-35. In some images, the bus appears to be boxed in by the vehicles.

Some members of the Texas Democrats’ campaign say that a Biden-Harris staffer’s car was hit during the incident.

As a result of the incident, campaign events in Austin and Pflugerville were canceled.

Katie Naranjo, chair of the Travis County Democratic Party, tweeted that Trump supporters followed the bus in an attempt to intimidate Biden voters.

“They ran into a person’s car, yelling curse words and threats. Don’t let bullies win, vote,” she added.

The Texas Democratic Party said that some of the vehicles pulled in front of the bus and slowed down to try to bring it to a stop on the highway.

Law enforcement responded to the incident and helped the bus reach its destination, the party said. However, the campaign then decided to cancel an event at the Texas AFL-CIO parking lot in Austin later that day.

In a Twitter thread, historian Eric Cervini, who said he traveled to Texas to help the Biden-Harris campaign, said the Trump supporters waited on I-35 to “ambush” the bus.

Rep. Sheryl Cole, the incumbent candidate for District 46, wrote on Facebook that a campaign event had to be canceled after the incident.

“This is a first for me, but we unfortunately just had to cancel the joint campaign event in Pflugerville due to security reasons,” she wrote.

“Unfortunately, Pro-Trump protesters have escalated things well beyond safe limits, and we cannot risk the safety and security of anyone involved.

“Sorry to all who looked forward to this fun event and now have to miss out,” she added.

Tariq Thowfeek, Biden for President Texas communications director, said in a statement that Trump supporters put “our staff, surrogates, supporters and others in harm’s way.”

“To the Texans who disrupted our events: We’ll see you on November 3rd,” he added.

As of Saturday morning, no injuries have been reported as a result of the incident.

KXAN has contacted the Department of Public Safety and the Texas GOP and will update this story if they respond.

Its not just State Capitals and Washington D.C. facing issues of Election riots its going to be at every downtown area and city hall in the nation

PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — With less than a week to go, city leaders and local law enforcement officials announced a unified plan for expected gatherings and protests around Election Day. The law enforcement agencies aren’t giving out any specifics of their plans but did say there is no known threat at this point.

“Any violence before or after the election will not be tolerated,” Multnomah County Sheriff Mike Reese said during a press conference on Thursday. “We are stepping up visible patrols at ballot drop of location and election headquarters to ensure people feel safe.”

Multnomah County DA Mike Schmidt said he knows there will be gatherings on Election Day but urged people to be safe.

“We won’t tolerate any attempts to intimidate voters,” Schmidt said. “For those who incite violence or harm, my office will hold you accountable.”

Portland Police Chief Chuck Lovell said the bureau is increasing staffing and canceling days off.

“Right now we’re working very hard to make sure we have the resources, personnel wise and infrastructure in place,” Lovell said. “We’re prepared to work together and do everything we can to ensure the election time in Portland is safe.”

Oregon State Police will also be assisting, but Superintendent Terri Davie wouldn’t say exactly how many troopers would be in the Portland area on Election Day.

Officials wouldn’t give details on which agency will handle what aspect of any protest and said it’s still being decided. For now, PPB is the lead agency.

Tear gas fills streets as federal officers clash with protesters
Lovell said his officers still have to comply with Mayor Ted Wheeler’s ban on using tear gas, but other agencies don’t have such restrictions.

“That is a tool and a resource the Oregon State Police does have and depending on the circumstances or the situation it is something the state police have the ability to deploy,” Davie said.

OSP is also planning to be ready to head to other parts of the state if there is violence on election night or after. On October 16, the Portland Police Bureau announced they and the Multnomah County Sheriff’s Office are working with other agencies to make sure that — regardless of the outcome of any race in the election — the city and its citizens will be safe while still being free to express their voices.

“We will have more resources available during election week, modifying schedules to have more officers on duty,” Assistant Chief Chris Davis told KOIN 6 News. “That helps.”

Earlier in October, a meeting set up by Mayor Ted Wheeler included PPB, the Multnomah County Sheriff’s Office, the Oregon State Police and representatives from Gov. Kate Brown’s office to work on a unified command plan for election night. Details of that plan were not released at the time.

Also the FBI is investigating the incident where Trump thugs surrounded the Biden Bus

AUSTIN (NEXSTAR) — The Federal Bureau of Investigation is now looking into a Friday incident in Texas where supporters of President Donald Trump aggressively surrounded a Biden campaign bus on a Texas interstate, according to the Texas Tribune.

The incident, which was captured on video, happened on Interstate 35 in Hays County and prompted Democrats to cancel at least one campaign event Friday citing “safety concerns.”

Multiple clips posted on social media show a long line of vehicles flying Trump flags trailing the Biden-Harris bus as it traveled from San Antonio to Austin. In some images, the bus appears to be boxed in by the vehicles.

At least one video showed a minor collision during the incident. Pictures showed an SUV, believed to be driven by a Biden-Harris campaign staffer, with damage along the side of the vehicle.

On Saturday, Trump tweeted what appeared to be video of the caravan surrounding the the bus saying, “I LOVE TEXAS!”

Katie Naranjo, chair of the Travis County Democratic Party, tweeted that Trump supporters followed the bus in an attempt to intimidate Biden voters.

“They ran into a person’s car, yelling curse words and threats. Don’t let bullies win, vote,” she added.

The Kyle Police Department confirmed in a statement to KXAN they received reports around 4 p.m. Friday that indicated two or more vehicles may have made contact while traveling north on Interstate 35. Officers responded to the area but no vehicles stopped to share information with them.

“Members of what is believed to be a campaign bus for Kamala Harris as well as following vehicles with campaign staffers advised the Kyle Police Department via telephone that they did not intend to stop, so Kyle Police obtained contact information so contact could be made at a later time,” the emailed statement continued. It went on to say that the “vehicle contact” happened in San Marcos and that all involved parties are being referred to the San Marcos Police Department if they want to file a police report.

San Marcos police said the Biden-Harris bus requested a police escort, but due to excessive traffic officers were not able to catch the bus before it left the jurisdiction.

The police department also said it has researched the crash and watched online video. It said the “at-fault vehicle” may be the Biden-Harris staffer’s car, while the “victim” appears to be one of the Trump vehicles.

“The at-fault vehicle may be the white SUV and the victim appears to be the black truck,” a statement from SMPD reads.

“Calls to the driver of the white SUV have gone unanswered and SMPD has not been contacted by the driver of the black truck. Since SMPD has not spoken to either driver at this time, additional investigation would be required to fully ascertain who was at fault.”

“Where is the liberal corporate media’s concern about that real violence?” a statement from Texas Republican Party Chairman Allen West said in part. “It is more fake news and propaganda. Prepare to lose…stop bothering me.”

The Texas Democratic Party said that some of the vehicles pulled in front of the bus and slowed down to try to bring it to a stop on the highway. It also confirmed law enforcement responded to the incident and helped the bus reach its destination.

In a Twitter thread, historian Eric Cervini, who said he traveled to Texas to help the Biden-Harris campaign, said the Trump supporters waited on I-35 to “ambush” the bus.

Tariq Thowfeek, Biden for President Texas communications director, said in a statement that Trump supporters put “our staff, surrogates, supporters and others in harm’s way.”

“To the Texans who disrupted our events: We’ll see you on November 3rd,” he added.

A spokeswoman with the FBI told KXAN they would have a statement as early as noon Sunday.
Turns out Trump supporters did surround the Biden/Harris bus by Trump's orders.

    Looks like there is a

President Trump is celebrating a caravan of supporters who followed a Biden-Harris campaign bus in Central Texas.

In a Saturday night tweet, the president retweeted a video showing his supporters surrounding the bus, set to Tech N9ne's "Red Kingdom." "I LOVE TEXAS!" Trump said.

The tweet came after a separate video surfaced showing vehicles with Trump 2020 flags boxing in the blue campaign bus as it traveled Interstate 35 from San Antonio to Austin. In a statement, the Biden campaign said the cars slowed in front of it in an attempt to "stop the bus in the middle of the highway," the Washington Post reported.

The Friday incident rattled the Biden campaign, which canceled at least one event in the state following the episode. Campaign staff called 911, according to the statement, and was given help by law enforcement reaching its destination.

Neither Joe Biden, who had been campaigning in the Midwest, nor his running mate Kamala Harris, campaigning elsewhere in Texas, were on the bus at the time.

Trump discussed the caravan at a Michigan campaign event on Sunday.

"Did you see the way our people, they were, ya know, protecting this bus ... because they're nice," he said. "They had hundreds of cars. Trump! Trump! Trump and the American flag."

Trump favorably contrasted his supporters with Biden supporters, who he said lack spirit and enthusiasm.

"The Trump Train is in hot pursuit," wrote one of the participants of the caravan on Twitter, where they posted several updates of the location of the Biden bus throughout the day. "Just a few of our great patriots out there."

In another video of the incident posted to social media, a truck in the caravan clips a white car.

Rather than engage in productive conversation about the drastically different visions that Joe Biden and Donald Trump have for our country, Trump supporters in Texas today instead decided to put our staff, surrogates, supporters, and others in harm's way," the Biden campaign's Texas communications director, Tariq Thowfeek, said in a statement, the Post reported.

The Friday incident comes amid a particularly heated contest in Texas, where polls show Biden in striking distance of winning a state that no Democratic nominee has won since 1976. Tensions have been running high in the final days leading up to Election Day, as voters on both sides fear violence from the opposition, and the president's words have raised concern over potential voter intimidation.

Katie Naranjo, chair of the Travis County Democratic Party, said the caravan was a clear attempt by Trump's base to intimidate Biden supporters. "They ran into a person's car, yelling curse words and threats," Naranjo said. "Don't let bullies win, vote."

"We just canceled a joint event in Pflugerville" with the Biden campaign "due to security reasons," Texas House member and former Austin city councilwoman Sheryl Cole said on Twitter. "Unfortunately, Pro-Trump Protestors have escalated well beyond safe limits."

Republicans have pushed back on allegations of voter intimidation.

"It is more fake news and propaganda," Texas GOP Chairman Allen West said in a statement. "Prepare to lose," he said, adding: "stop bothering me."

Republicans in Texas have asked the courts to toss out some 127,000 early ballots cast by voters in Harris County, arguing that the votes — delivered via drive-through in the heavily Democratic area — violate the U.S. Constitution and should be deemed invalid.

The plaintiffs — a conservative activist, a Republican state representative and two GOP candidates — argue that the drive-through options are an illegal extension of curbside voting, which is available at all county voting locations and is designated for people who have an illness or disability.

The Democratic Harris County clerk, Chris Hollins, dismissed the lawsuit as "baseless" in an interview with NPR's Weekend Edition.

"This is simply an un-American attempt to disenfranchise voters," he said, noting that no one knows for whom the ballots were cast and that rejecting them would likely affect thousands of Republicans too.

U.S. District Judge Andrew Hanen in Houston, who's seen as a deeply conservative federal magistrate, is set to rule over the complaint. The case of the Harris County ballots is set to be heard Monday morning.

The Texas Supreme Court has rejected a similar appeal.

Throughout the campaign, Republicans and President Trump have baselessly claimed that various efforts — particularly mail-in voting — intended to accommodate voters amid the coronavirus pandemic pave the way for fraud.

Election security experts have repeatedly said that there is no evidence of widespread voter fraud, though there are active attempts to sow disinformation among the electorate.

Hollins said on Sunday that he expects to win the federal case, but "in a totally extreme downside scenario, we would need to encourage those 127,000 Harris County voters to come back out on Tuesday and cast a provisional ballot to make sure that in any circumstance their vote was counted. We're hoping it doesn't come to that."

Texas has seen record early vote turnout this year.

No surprise. Remember in 2016 when they thought that women shouldn't be allowed to vote and tried to move on that? These guys don't want anyone but white straight Christian men to vote.

We Americans used to accuse other countries for election tensions of the past such as Zimbabwe, Kenya and Guinea in previous administrations.

Why havent more people voted in the poll?

Biden is going to win. I know a bunch of Republicans (they are plentiful in this area) that are voting for Biden.

People are sick of Trump. His asinine tweets, his acting like COVID is nbd, his overall Narcisistic personality.

Hell some people are voting for Biden just because Trump acted like such an asshole at the debate and showed his real, immature, true self.

I know people are worried, but dont be, Biden will win. Thats just my feeling.

I hope you're right. I am really nervous!

I don't know what people aren't voting on the poll. It closes tomorrow morning because I wanted it to close before counting actually started, I wanted to see everyone's thoughts beforehand, not after the fact.

I voted for Biden because I hope he wins, but I am really nervous. Lately, I am seeing a lot more trump flags than Biden....but then I think, maybe Biden supporters are afraid to put any up because a lot of trump supports are assholes.

I see the same thing, and am having the same thoughts. I think a lot of Biden people are concerned that the Trump assholes will do something...I know I am, and I won't put up a Biden sign because of it. That's why when they say the "silent majority" are Trump people I kind of just roll my eyes. Those guys aren't silent about anything, but I know some Biden people and they are like me and don't put out anything.

Stay Safe in Sacramento on election day given that Trump's people are threatening riots at state capitals all over the country plus Washington DC. I remember when I used to go to school and work and Sacramento back in 2016 the Sacramento city Police and Sacramento County Sheriffs department had to put a wall around the Capital Mall portion of Downtown when I was there. But today its going to get crazier given that VP Candidate Harris has an Senate office in the Downtown Sacramento area and that might get surrounded by Trumps thugs.

I'm not anywhere near the capital....I am in the suburbs, not the city.

    People are crazy everywhere, though.

Anyone else terrified and completely stressed out about what is going to happen this week? I feel like it could go one of two ways. Trump wins and we're in for a horrifying four years of a loose cannon with nothing to lose. Or Biden wins and his lunatic cult members run around with their guns thinking that it's now a Civil War murdering all around them.

I'm going to stock up on food just in case we need to stay away from the general public for a while. We had Trump supporters running all around CA yesterday trying to intimidate voters and blocking traffic.

We need to learn the lessons of Jonestown except Trump Supporters don't get that. I seen ex-Republicans talk about how Trump is a Cult leader and is making people drink the Kool Aid in the form of getting COVID-19.

YOLO COUNTY, Calif. (KTXL) — The Yolo County District Attorney says it is investigating an incident of voter intimidation.

According to the DA, the elections office contacted them about a note being left on a voter’s door: “If you are not a citizen, you are not allowed to vote.”

The DA’s office says the victim is an eligible voter and was “shocked by this hostile voter suppression effort.”

WASHINGTON (AP) — President Donald Trump on Sunday suggested the FBI should stop investigating an incident in which his supporters were seen surrounding a Biden campaign bus in Texas, which led Democrats to cancel an event there.

The president’s tweet came hours after the FBI confirmed that it was “aware of the incident and investigating.”

On Sunday night, Trump retweeted a screenshot of the FBI statement, adding: “In my opinion, these patriots did nothing wrong. Instead, the FBI & Justice should be investigating the terrorists, anarchists, and agitators of ANTIFA, who run around burning down our Democrat run cities and hurting our people!”

An FBI spokesperson said the bureau had no comment about the president’s tweet.

Trump’s tweet come as tensions remained high between the president and FBI Director Christopher Wray, and as Trump has pressed the Justice Department and FBI to act against his rivals, including Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden himself. The president has also told people around him that he is frustrated with Wray over the FBI director’s public statements on issues like voting fraud, Russian election interference and antifa, and has discussed the possibility of removing Wray if he wins reelection.

FBI investigating incident where ‘Trump train’ surrounded Biden campaign bus
In videos posted on Twitter, a group of cars and pickup trucks — many adorned with large Trump flags — can be seen riding alongside the campaign bus on Friday, and at times boxing it in, as it traveled from San Antonio to Austin. At one point, one of the pickup trucks can be seen colliding with an SUV that was driving behind the bus.

Neither Biden nor his running mate, Sen. Kamala Harris, was aboard the bus. The campaign canceled an event later in the day.

On Saturday, Trump tweeted a video of his supporters following the Biden campaign bus, adding, “I LOVE TEXAS!”

The Texas Democratic Party chairperson did not directly address the incident but said people should “ignore the noise and go vote.”

“Voting is the only thing that matters right now,” the chair, Gilberto Hinojosa, said in a statement.

Caravan of Trump supporters disrupted some voters in California, sheriff’s department says
This weekend, caravans of Trump supporters also blocked the Mario Cuomo Bridge in New York, which spans the Hudson River between Tarrytown and Nyack, and snarled traffic on the Garden State Parkway in New Jersey. Videos posted online showed some of the supporters hopping out of their cars on the bridge as rain fell on the roadway, waving Trump flags and cheering.

“We’ve never had anything like this. At least we’ve never had a president who thinks it’s a good thing,” Biden said during a campaign event in the Philadelphia suburbs.

Trump’s tweet on Sunday underscored the larger effort by the Trump administration to spotlight and crack down on protest-related violence, especially in cities run by Democratic mayors in an effort to showcase what Trump says is his law-and-order prowess. Trump has derided protesters and played up the violence around protests, though the majority of them have been peaceful.

The Justice Department has brought over 300 cases against defendants in unrest cases nationwide since May. An Associated Press review of thousands of pages of court documents found that very few of those charged appear to be affiliated with highly organized extremist groups, as the president has suggested

I'm going to stock up on food just in case we need to stay away from the general public for a while. We had Trump supporters running all around CA yesterday trying to intimidate voters and blocking traffic.
I got another one here besides Sacramento, Los Angeles and San Francisco fears riots on Election Day

Boarded-up storefronts. Private security guards. Canceled vacation days. Twelve-hour shifts.

Across California, merchants are covering their doors and windows with plywood as police agencies promise a beefed-up presence on the street amid worries about the potential for demonstrations and violent responses to the general election.

Both are preparing for the long haul, anticipating that it might be days or weeks of anxiety before a victor is declared in the presidential race.

The famed Rodeo Drive of Beverly Hills will be closed to cars and pedestrians beginning Monday night. Businesses like the Mikimoto jewelry store, Nordstrom, Tiffany and Saks Fifth Avenue have been boarded up — some painted over so the wood isn’t so conspicuous — and the city has contracted with 80 armed security guards.

Similar scenes are playing out nationwide. In downtown Washington, the sounds of hammers and power tools echoed through the streets Monday as workers boarded up dozens of businesses. In New York City, businesses from Macy’s flagship store in Herald Square to high-end shops in Manhattan’s chic SoHo neighborhood had already covered their windows.

In cities like Los Angeles, it could be another round of unrest. Celebrations after the championship wins for the Los Angeles Lakers and the Los Angeles Dodgers turned chaotic downtown, and pockets of the city have been rocked by vandalism and looting following anti-police brutality demonstrations.

By and large peaceful, however, protests statewide have become a regular occurrence in the wake of George Floyd’s death in Minneapolis. Floyd, a 46-year-old Black man, was killed in May when a white police officer kneeled on his neck.

Some demonstrations, however, have turned violent. Activists allege that police have used excessive and unnecessary force against protesters, arresting and injuring them and violating their civil rights to assemble. Authorities, however, say some demonstrators attack officers with fireworks and glass or frozen bottles.

Though law enforcement agencies statewide say they have no credible reports of election-related threats, they are mobilizing for a huge response. Many have switched officers to 12-hour shifts and canceled all days off so that they have full ranks ready to go.

“Law enforcement agencies by their very nature are generally prepared for the unexpected – that’s our business,” said Sacramento County Sheriff’s Sgt. Rod Grassmann in a statement.

Craig Lally, president of the union that represents rank-and-file Los Angeles police officers, said he’s telling his members to anticipate weeks of unrest.

“Anything’s possible, no matter who wins,” he said. “Do what you’ve got to do to keep yourself safe, your partner safe and the citizens of LA safe.”

On Monday, workers in downtown LA drilled plywood together to cover storefronts in the hours before Election Day. Every few blocks, a handful of boarded-up businesses stood nearly unrecognizable.

“Graffiti is kind of our best-case scenario,” said Zoe Ellas, executive director of Deep Green Housing and Community Development, as she watched her crew.

Tony Zablah, owner of Z Falafel in downtown LA, said his business was broken into after the Dodgers win. Thieves stole more than $6,000 in cash in a safe hidden in the bathroom, as well as tablets and soda. His employees are afraid to work now and his online sales have plummeted.

He’s not planning to take down the plywood “for two weeks, to see what’s going on,” he said. “You never know about tomorrow.”

Here is one in the Bay Area where I currently live Yes I expect similar things to happen at Downtown parts of the Bay Area to get hit.

SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) — In the days before November 3, several businesses could be seen with boards covering windows in anticipation of civil unrest.

Coronavirus has not kept Americans from filling the streets to protest this year, and some believe Election Day will spark another burst of protests throughout the country.

While some protests have been peaceful, the crowds can bring out people who are there to do damage. Fearing graffiti and smashed windows, businesses in the Bay Area boarded up.

However, it may not be likely that we’ll know who gets the Oval Office these next four years on election night, or even this week.

Mail-in ballots will delay ballot tallies. In California, election offices are accepting mail-in ballots until November 20, as long as the envelope is postmarked on or before Election Day on November 3.

Despite the timeline for mail-in ballots, vote counters will already have millions of ballots to record as polls close at 8 p.m. Early voting turnout has broken records across the country.

65% of Sonoma County residents have already voted
In California, 10 million people have already voted as of November 1, according to the Office of the California Secretary of State.

Damn Now there is a report of a Trump confrontation in Marin County

MARIN, Calif. (KRON) — A woman was caught on camera throwing eggs at a car participating in a Trump caravan Sunday in Marin City.

The woman recording says they were trying to leave the Marin City Target parking lot when an angry mob starting screaming at them.

The caravan started in Santa Rosa, then moved to Novato and then finally Marin City.

The woman says it is insulting that there are false reporters that the car caravan was out trying to incite something.

Marin City residents expressed their concerns on social media. One anonymous KRON4 viewer posted video of the caravan headed south on 101 toward the Golden Gate. Her tweet said, “Glad I had my Biden shirt on.”

Trump built his wall but its at the White House.

WASHINGTON (NEXSTAR) – On Monday the White House, already encircled by multiple layers of protection, got another barrier – a “non-scalable” fence around the perimeter.

Photos and video showed workers unloading stacks of fence segments and setting them up Monday.

The fences are the same style of security barrier put in place over the summer after the killing of George Floyd, according to CNN. The material is extremely stable, hard to cut and has holes so small that it makes it difficult to get a handhold.

NBC News first reported that the fences will go around the entire White House grounds as well as the Elipse and Lafayette Square.

The director of DC’s Homeland Security and Emergency Management Agency told reporters Monday that officials didn’t have any specific or credible threats.

As the White House walls itself in, businesses throughout Washington D.C. have been boarding up windows and doors in anticipation of unrest following the election.
