So where does the point of West New York meet North New York? Is Oswego in West or North and how about Watertown?
Oswego and Watertown are in Central NY. :D

I found the right image ^^^^
If they said they're in North West NY, then they have no concept of their geographical location. They are no where near the north western part of the state. And yes, people I know from the area would say Central NY, or they might specify even more by saying "the fingerlakes region".
Oh, looky
RED: New York City, southern Westchester County, southern Rockland County and Long Island. Southern Westchester County and Southern Rockland County are often considered Upstate by New York City and Long Island residents, while Long Island and New York City are not
PEACH: New York City exurbs which are rural in character but arguably still within the New York City sphere of influence
YELLOW: Areas north of New York City, usually considered Upstate
BLUE: Western New York, sometimes considered a separate region from Upstate
GREEN: North Country, New York and Adirondacks, always considered Upstate

So how do the Binghamtons and Elmirans feel about not being in South New York when they're on a southern border of the state?
Well that doesn't work with the maps shown! Nery, I don't think your fellow New Yorkers would appreciate being disenfranchised on their geographical locations that they prefer.
What the fuck. No one from Elmira considers anything. They're too busy fucking sheep.
Yeah, I'm just giving Nery a hard time.
Tom Cruise to play a six foot five 250lb ex military drifter.

In casting One Shot, their adaptation of Lee Child’s Jack Reacher series about a six-foot-five, 250-pound, ex-military man drifter who solves with his beefy fists any lingering problems his intimidating size hasn’t already eradicated, naturally Paramount Pictures and Skydance Productions can see only one man: Tom Cruise, who apparently will undergo a radical surgical procedure to have his own mental body image removed then anthropomorphized to play the part. The role has actually been a pet cause of Cruise’s Napoleon complex for several years now, and with director Christopher McQuarrie (who worked with Cruise on Valkyrie) shepherding the project, it’s now close to being a reality, with Cruise possibly making it before Oblivion begins shooting in January.
For what it’s worth, Child himself is “excited” about Cruise playing the role, which is what we’d say too if we were waiting years and years for the financing to finally come through. Anyway, although this sounds like typical Hollywood miscasting, we suppose you have to give the filmmakers the benefit of the doubt. A little forced perspective, some creative supporting casting (such as having him take on a town full of children a la Bugsy Malone), Jack Reacher’s newly introduced teacup Chihuahua that accompanies him everywhere—never underestimate the magic of the movies.
I think the key word there is "sometimes". "Sometimes considered a seperate region from upstate.."
As in, sometimes but not this time.
Hugh Hefner (86) and Crystal Harris (24) have called off the wedding 5 days before it was supposed to happen because of a "nasty argument" they had.
If they can't make it, who can?

I'm guessing the nasty argument was, "Tell me again, why won't you let my penis in your vagina?!"
Yeah, like I said, Why no stank on my hang-low, sugartits?
Or thats what I imagine he says to her
