It's because there are literally 2 nail salons on every block. It's also 3 pounds to get my eyebrows done. Only thing cheap about living here.

I pluck my own eyebrows, I just don't trust anyone to not fuck them up. Although once I went too far and thought I was going to be using an eyebrow pencil for the rest of my life.

Although I believe when you think you have no hard skin, there can still be still some there. :/

I get them shaped like 4 times a year and keep up in between with tweezers. I've also been going to the same girl since I was a teenager so she knows how I want them.
