But I do really, really admire her pT Barnum-esque advertising campaign. She relentlessly self promoted and sold the world on something there was literally zero hype about before.

Chin and tittays. Plus her eyes have obviously had lifts and stuff. She's had a ton of work done. She looks nothing like her original self, and she still don't look good, but it's not like she's taking some counterculture statement about physical beauty. I mean, look at Ashlee Simpson, I think she looked way more interesting when she had her weird nose, it made her more distinctive and attractive.

well, you DO know that often times when you get a nose job, they put in a small chin implant to balance out the face, right?  and she didnt go overboard with the nose thing, which i actually like.  she didnt get a cookie cutter nose.  i dont think any of her plastic surgery was too extreme.  and her boobs...
