Don't think so. I look at look at the place of death and it's right off some rail road tracks. No water in sight. Possible car accident? Maybe hit while walking? Just a guess.

We had flash floods because of the rain, so he might have been swept away from that. I know a mother and I think her child passed this past weekend from the rains. Sorry I didn't explain my thought process well enough on my previous comment. (My brain is tired!)
