Wedding Off: Woman Dumps Fiance's Things In Harbor
(AP) WHITEHAVEN, England Plans for the wedding have been sunk - along with the prospective groom's clothes, CDs, DVDs and his van.

Police in northwestern England have arrested Emma Thomason, 24, after she allegedly packed her partner's possessions into his van, drove to the harbor and left off the hand brake Sunday. She was charged with aggravated vehicle-taking without consent and released on bail.

The incident reportedly followed an argument between Thomason and Jason Wilson, 24, her partner of seven years and the father of her two children.

"She put every single last item of clothing I had in the back of the van. All I was left with were the clothes I was wearing," Wilson told reporters.

"I haven't told her yet that the wedding is off, but I think she can put two and two together."

The van was pulled out of the water on Monday.

"The recovery operation was quite difficult, they had to partly drain the harbor to get the vehicle out," said Inspector David Gartland of Cumbria Police

That's by far the funniest part. God i'm glad my ex fiance didn't throw all my stuff in the lake. All she did was keep half my stuff.

Not too sure about England, but if that was America, you'd probly have to pay the municipal fees for the harbor being drained, you'd have to pay the police charges, and the rest would probably be settled in court, dependant on if you can reach a settlement with your ex fiance or not.

"aggravated vehicle-taking without consent"

If you are a cohabiting for 7 years isn't that common law marriage? If you are married in the eyes of the law isn't all your "stuff" both of yours? What if she had taken all his "stuff" and packed it in HER car and dumped it in the harbor? Would that have been charged as littering? Oh the questions just go on...

Probly worst breakup thing that ever happened to me was when i broke up with the first girl i had met in college...

She wrote a paper and presented it in her English LECTURE class in front of like 200 people. Named my full name, said where i lived, gave my phone number... Then said the only reason i dated her was cuz she was good at oral sex. That i was horrible to my girlfriends and i don't even know what else. I bet she looked like a fool!

But in the end i was hated for a bit and i'm sure it didn't help my RL karma much.

When public humiliation didn't work, she slept with my roommate... i laughed so hard at him... asked him how i tasted.

The paper was on somethin vague like, "Tell us about your emotions." or somethin. I never really cared to find out, i was more concerned with the random phone calls i kept getting. Met a girl that way though! She called me to hate, i turned it into a date!

Prof wanted to cut her off but she kept going. I had a friend in that class, he was laughing SOOOO HARD.
