the second child of Pastor Eddie Sinegal and Mrs. Sibrena Sinegal, was born February 12, 1990 in Dallas, Texas. His formative years were spent in Dallas, where he attended Sam Houston Elementary and Lobias Murray Christian Academy. He accepted Christ at the young age of five while attending Independent Baptist Church, located in East Texas, where his father was the pastor. In the year 2000, the family relocated to El Paso, Texas. Here in El Paso, Aaron was a member of Unity Missionary Baptist Church under the leadership of Pastor Onnie I. Kirk. He remained a loyal and faithful member until his father again accepted the call to Pastor. At this time Northeast Bible Fellowship was founded. Aaron was a faithful worker in the church where he frequently acted as the sound technician and drummer. He assisted with the children s ministry and loved to compete with the Bible Drill Team together with the youth department of Unity Missionary Baptist Church. While in El Paso, Aaron attended the following schools: Dr. L.A. Nixon Elementary, Nolan Richardson Middle School, Magoffin Middle School, and Chapin High School. Aaron was an avid athlete and was involved in football, basketball, and baseball for which he was recognized as being a gifted and talented athlete. Aaron, a fun-loving young man and known to many of his friends as "Fresh", had the unique ability to cut hair as if he was a professional barber. His dream was twofold: to perform as a rapper at the Apollo and to become a Barber. Above all, he had a servant s heart. His ability to demonstrate a deep compassion and concern for others became evident to his family even at an early age. They have countless memories of his moments of deep thoughts and wise comments about the world. He will live on in hearts of his family and friends. He leaves to celebrate his life: his parents, Pastor Eddie and Mrs. Sibrena Sinegal; brothers, Albert and Eddie; and sister, Amber. One sister, Alyssa, preceded him in death. Other survivors include: his paternal grandmother, Annie Mae Sinegal; maternal grandmother, Mary Gee; and a host of uncles, aunts, cousins, teachers, and friends.

Teen Accidentally Shoots And Kills Himself

    POSTED: 10:24 pm MDT April 1, 2007

-- News about the death of Aaron Sinegal, 17, spread like wildfire among Chapin High School students Saturday night. Many students said they heard about it through cell phone text messages. Others said they found out by word-of-mouth at the junior-senior prom.

El Paso police said that after showing a semi-automatic handgun to friends at his home, Sinegal went into another room.

His friends then heard a single gunshot and found Aaron on the floor, bleeding from a wound to the head.

According to police, the gun did not have a magazine inserted, but a gun of that type can still be fired without it.

While autopsy results are still not in, investigators said physical evidence along with witness accounts indicate it was an accident and not a suicide. Police said the bullet struck him in the head. The incident happened around 4:20 p.m. Saturday at 4717 Rolling Stone Avenue.

Sinegal was rushed to William Beaumont Army Medical Center where he died from his injuries.

More than 200 people gathered at the Chapin High School baseball field for a candlelight vigil. The boy's father, Reverend Eddie Sinegal conducted a small service. Friends, family and teachers were sobbing as they held up their candles during prayer.

The student organized vigil was announced through cell phone text messages.

Sinegal played on the school's baseball and football teams

I call bullshit on this not being a suicide.

Who holds a gun to their head (loaded or not), and then pulls the trigger?  I mean seriously?

Right, his finger accidentally pulled the trigger?

He made a conscience decision to put the gun to his head, and pull the trigger (loaded or not).  He was either a dumb ass, or wanted to die.

Sure after he accidentally put the gun to his head.  It must have been a spasm or something.  Right?
