The family of a Nebraska man, missing for a month-and-a-half, is looking for information on his whereabouts.

Joseph Voecks, 21, was last January 14th leaving a Burger King restaurant on Pasewalk Avenue in Norfolk after an altercation with his stepmother. He walked off to the south.

Family members say he was wearing a black American Eagle sweater, white tennis shoes, baggy blue jeans and a black leather jacket at the time. They say he also wears glasses and has a number of tattoos on his arms and hands.

Voecks is described as being 6' 3" tall, weighing approximately 220 pounds. He has blond hair and blue eyes.

If you have information on his whereabouts, you can either contact his mother, Amber Garrett, directly at (402) 910-9328 or contact the Nebraska State Patrol.

US Marshalls? I wonder what he has been up to for a year?
    ETA found it:
The U.S. Marshalls Service office in Sioux City was contacted, and with assistance from the U.S. Marshals offices in Omaha and Denver, Voecks was located and taken into custody on two felony warrants.
The warrants are for Criminal Attempt of a Class 3 Felony from Nance County and 1st Degree Sexual Assault of a Minor from Platte County, on a case initiated and handled by the Columbus Police Department.
