Mark James Voran, 49, of Spanish Fork, Utah passed away Friday, November 17, 2017. Mark was born May 18, 1968 in Provo, Utah to Gerard James ?Jerry? and Charlene Lenore Buck Voran. He attended Cherry Hill Elementary, Lakeridge Jr. High School and Mountain View High School, in Orem, Utah. He graduated in 1986.
Mark spent many happy days wrenching with his Dad. He was very active and always had a smile to share. Mark loved the outdoors, especially fishing, duck hunting and trapping, and also enjoyed listening to music and playing the drums. Mark was a skilled mechanic and worked at various shops in Utah Valley and Salt Lake County doing what he loved most. His favorite hobby was building cars. He had a very kind heart and would do anything for anyone. Mark was a very spiritual person.
Mark is survived by his parents, Jerry and Charlene; siblings, Dale Voran, Ron (Allyson) Voran, Susan (Darrin) Johnston, and Gary (Brooke) Voran. He also leaves behind nine nieces and nephews, Jaden, Nicholas, Christian, Zachary, Grayson, Kennedy, Lauren, Alexis, and Emilee.
He loved his family and was adored by his nieces and nephews. Family was an important priority to him and he will be missed greatly by each family member.
Graveside services will be held Wednesday, November 22, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. Salem City Cemetery, 130 East 965 South, Salem, Utah. Family and friends may visit on Wednesday, November 22, at Walker Funeral Home, 187 S. Main Street, Spanish Fork, from 9:00-10:00 a.m.
