I hate to bring this up yet again, but my fella has been a Juggalo for about 10 years now. I can tell you he does not now, nor has he ever, painted his face, nor have any of his Juggalo friends. It seems that the Juggalos under 21 tend to be a different breed than the ones over 21.
And he's more of a Twiztid fan than ICP fan anyway.
