Weber County Sheriff?s officials are asking the public?s help in finding a 40-year-old West Haven woman.

Heatherlynne Christensen was last seen by her family the evening of Monday, Nov. 21, said Weber County Sheriff?s Lt. Nate Hutchinson.

The family reported her missing to officials on Nov. 22 and a cell phone ping helped officers find her car that day at the Middle Fork Campground near Huntsville, Hutchinson said. Family members told investigators it was not normal for Christensen to be in that area.

?We want to bring some closure to the family,? Hutchinson said.

Investigators contacted Christensen?s place of employment and her co-workers said they had not seen her on Nov. 21 or Tuesday, Nov. 22.

Officers found some things in her car, but they did not find her. A search team, along with a helicopter crew, looked for Christensen on Nov. 22, Hutchinson said.

The following day, they expanded the search by bringing in a horse team, search and rescue members, search dogs, the public safety helicopter and additional deputies, Hutchinson said.

On Saturday, Nov. 26, a full-scale search for Christensen was conducted, which included Weber County Sheriff?s Search & Rescue commander, the team and 40 volunteers, he said.

?We still had no luck,? Hutchinson said. ?The search area is massive, mountainous and rugged. It?s a huge area.?

Investigators do not know what clothing or provisions Christensen had with her at the time of her disappearance.

The investigation is still ongoing, but ?until we get information to pinpoint an area, we?re at a dead-end,? Hutchinson said.

Those with information should contact the Weber County Sheriff?s Deputy Bureau at 801-778-6631.

I know it is likely due to her missing for near 5 months now, but I am not seeing a lot about her on FB upon my first search.

4/25/17-Very sad news tonight from Heatherlynne's family. "Heatherlynne's body was recovered in a small grove of trees 1.4 miles from her car, just off the main road by a shed hunter on 4/11/17. The family would like to thank everyone who assisted in the search and for the love shown and prayers offered.

Has her DOA as April 11, 2017

    Heatherlynne 1976 – 2017

She was fierce. She was ferocious in a beautiful way

.And..She was flawed just as each of us are in our lives day to day

.She was loving. She was kind, and her passing brings all this to mind.

The burdens we carry deep in our heart, sharing never the whole But only a part.

In parts and pieces, that is how we are known.

Never completely…We walk our paths alone.

In a crowd of friends, beside family

In the end…We are just the bits of us that we let them see.

A daughter with fire in her bones. A beautiful stubborn, passionate one.

A sister, the youngest, devoted, the wild of the child

In abundance and weill she stood by your side.

The Auntie who doted and delved into your soul

Who wanted nothing more for you then that you were happy and whole.

The granddaughter with that unique spark

Who from the first breath stole grandma and grandpa's hearts.

The niece turned cohort for crazy fun times

of laughter and love and mixed up rhymes.

The friend, compassionate and caring, joyful an funny filled with adventures worth sharing.

Finally, most important a mom all things above wrapped into one

Bound by a ribbon of love connecting mother to sons.

The ones that she lived for, fought and charged.

Her only complete loves. For them she would wrestle the moon

    and tackle the stars.

For whom she cheered, inspired, taught to wish and to dream.

Taught that a life lived may not be just as it seemed.

Those that she loved and those that she cherished

Know that memories and love reign even after one has perished.

We may have known her in parts, know her in pieces.

Still we are bound to her soul for its life never ceases.

The memories released from the tears that drift from our eyes.

Are bits of love encapsulated as we cry.

Crystalline and clear, tracing our journey

Solidifying in that piece of us that will ever be yearning

For that lost fight which we are not ready to part

Will forever be secured deep and safe in our hearts.
