Question for the ladies: did any of you have stitches "down there" after having a baby? How long before you felt normal again? Do you ever? Me no likey.
what? if you aren't getting pregnant, might as well get something out of it. hahaha.
and i've never pushed anything outta my vag but having had stitch before (thus making me an expert), it might take some time before the nerves heal and you're feeling a little more like your old self. it took a long long time for me to get all the feeling back on the top of my foot after i got my stitch. and it felt really gross in the in-between parts.
hope you're feeling like your old self in no time...
i actually ordered it years and years ago, along with some other things from goodvibes. it was like $4 so i was like WTH?
i found it in a bag of random things about a year and a half after i moved out of my house--which i sold to my ex. i was SO glad when i found it, i had totally spaced that i even had it but i'm glad it isn't floating around that hours any longer.
I do kegels without even realizing it sometimesI would say I'm pretty....um, snug.

I'm going to try Nuvaring. My doctor gave me a sample and prescription. Wish me luck that I don't kill anyoneThe last pill I took made me ANGRY.
It seems to affect people a little less than the pill. I lost my sex drive 100% when I was on the Pill. I'm REALLY hoping that doesn't happen on Nuvaring. It takes 4-6 months to get back, every single time. I'll be starting it at the end of the month, I'll report back on how it's going. I'm losing my insurance soon though, so hopefully I can get free samples from my doctor or a discount at Planned Parenthood.
i love the ring. love love love. it's really easy because i can't remember to take a pill daily to save my life and at least for me, the side effects are minimal. i've been using it on/off for years. i don't remember how many, but i think it's been at least 7. the ring was like, my last hope as far as hbc goes, so i'm happy that we get along. the pill i took before i switched made me want to suicide at the end of every cycle. no bueno.
the only thing i do not like is the cost $35/month WITH insurance but it's worth it, and at least i'm not paying the full price, which i think is $80, so i shouldn't complain...if i could be on a generic bill it'd be $5/month. but i'd take sane, not crying over commercials (not even the sad ones) and not wanting to plunge off of bridges every time i finish bleeding over saving money any day.
that should be generic pill, not bill. and i miss my $5 for everything insurance that i had on the daddy plan. my insurance is not fantastic now but it's better'n nothing.
Do prenatal pills really help your hair grow? Mine is taking forever.

Biotin is also good for hair growth. After having weight loss surgery, I was told to get on them incase I lost weight fast and lost my hair. I haven't lost weight fastbut I have noticed that my hair has grown a lot faster.
