    I've talked to the detectives, and they said that they contacted the guy that picked her up from the hospital, and he said he dropped her off at Braum's and forgot to go back and pick her up
    Yeah, totally not buying his story.

    Remains found in February 2018, identified in February 2020. Two years to process DNA tests? I understand active cases take priority, but it just seems unreasonably excessive and cruel to let the family continue to suffer for two years. Recently saw a case on the Charley Project where it took 20+ years to identify a body found less than a month after the disappearance in a bordering state. That family suffered for more than 20 years not knowing what happened to their daughter. Sad stuff.
