They need to test his DNA against the Delphi case. They have never confirmed having DNA however they've slipped up a few times talking about it and with the scene the way they described they HAD to have had some kind of DNA evidence left at that scene. Unless they're a bunch of morons investigating and collecting evidence which isn't exactly out of the question. I've always believed that they were messy with that investigation.

While investigating the murders of Abigail Williams and Liberty German, detectives with the Carroll County Sheriff?s Office and the Indiana State Police have uncovered an online profile named anthony_shots. This profile was being used from 2016 to 2017 on social media applications, including but not limited to, Snapchat and Instagram. The fictitious anthony_shots profile used images of a known male model and portrayed himself as being extremely wealthy and owning numerous sports cars. The creator of the fictitious profile used this information while communicating with juvenile females to solicit nude images, obtain their addresses, and attempt to meet them. Pictured below, you?ll see images of the known male model and images the fictitious anthony_shots profile sent to underage females.
We have already identified the male in these images that were used by the anthony_shots profile. The male that is in the photos is not a person of interest in the investigation. Detectives are seeking information about the person who created the anthony_shots profile.

Court documents link Indiana man to social media in Delphi murder investigation
LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Court documents newly obtained by WDRB link a man in jail with social media accounts police are investigating in connection with the murders of two young girls in Delphi, Indiana, in 2017.
On Monday night, Indiana State Police released information about an internet profile labeled "anthony_shots" that had previously been used to talk to teenagers on Snapchat and Instagram.
Police say the account user posted profile images of a male model and marketed himself as a wealthy man with sports cars in an effort to talk to young girls, solicit nude images and attempt to arrange meetings with them.
Police say the male model used in the images was not connected to the crimes -- and that the accountholder used the images of him to create a false persona and hide his own identity.
Indiana State Police said Monday that they wanted to obtain more information about the real individual behind the "anthony_shots" accounts, as part of the investigation into the deaths 13-year-old Abigail Williams and 14-year-old Liberty German. Police investigating the 2017 murders said they wanted to speak to anyone who may have interacted with him online.
Williams and German disappeared on Feb. 13, 2017 after they were dropped off near the Monon High Bridge in Delphi. The next day, police found the girls' bodies near the Delphi Historic Trail, about 60 miles north of Indianapolis.
On Tuesday, WDRB News obtained court documents that link 27-year-old Kegan Anthony Kline of Peru, Indiana, to social media accounts used to solicit underage girls on both Snapchat and Instagram, in an unrelated case, also in 2017.
Those accounts used the name "anthony_shots."
On Feb. 25, 2017, officers with Indiana State Police, the Peru Police Department and the Federal Bureau of Investigation executed a search warrant on Kline's home as part of that investigation, unrelated to the Delphi murders.
It was, however, days after the murders took place.
During that search, Kline was questioned about his online activities. According to the probable cause affidavit, Kline initially denied creating fake social media accounts and talking to underage girls, but later admitted to doing so -- specifically to creating the "anthony_shots" account about six months earlier.
"Kegan stated he talks to girls he knows personally and girls he doesn't know personally," the affidavit states. "Kegan stated he meets girls on Instagram. He said he knows the age of the girls he communicates with because he talks to them. Kegan stated if a girl told him she was 16 or under, he wouldn't care and would still talk to them."
According to the court documents, he said he would initiate the conversations on Instagram, then move them to Snapchat.
Police say he admitted to speaking to about 15 underage girls and getting images from "every one of them." According to the affidavit, he told investigators that the girls' ages ranged from 15 to 17, and he probably received 100 sexual images from the girls.
As a result of the investigation, Kline was charged with one count of Child Solicitation, one count of Child Exploitation, two counts of Child Exploitation - Possession of Child Pornography, one count of Synthetic Identity Deception and one count of Obstruction of Justice.
He remains in custody on those charges.
It is important to note that Kline is not in any way charged in connection with the murders of Williams or German at this time. It is not clear if investigators in the murder case have spoken with Kline.
Monday night's request for information was the latest development in a case that has haunted the Delphi community for years. No one has yet been arrested or charged in the murders, despite police releasing a photograph, a sketch and a brief audio clip of the suspect speaking the words "down the hill."

Here's some better info. I only copied the stuff that wasn't redundant. So was the second suspect sketch of the young guy that they released supposed to be the male model? Because it sounds like they already knew that was a catfish situation from the very beginning and that he most likely wasn't involved. (Plus the guy in the sketch has curly hair, no?) And this Kegan Kline appears to be a taaaaad bit heavier in his mugshot than the guy they captured on video walking along the bridge, in my estimation. So I'm a little confused...Who is the second sketch supposed to be of? Was the guy on the bridge just some random guy? From what I understand from these two articles, this guy has been in custody since they served that search warrant on him 11 days after the girls were killed. Maybe the authorities are just waiting for the public to respond with info to connect him to anthony_shots and perhaps solicitations to meet him in person or in certain places. MIAMI COUNTY, Indiana ? A man connected to social media accounts with same profile name as those now linked to the Delphi killings investigation is charged in a separate child exploitation case.
13News has learned Kegan Anthony Kline was charged Aug. 29, 2020, with 30 counts, including child exploitation, possession of child pornography and obstruction of justice.
The charges stem from a search of his Peru, Indiana, home on Feb. 25, 2017, just 11 days after the bodies of Liberty German and Abigail Williams were discovered. The FBI, Indiana State Police and Peru Police Department took part in serving the search warrant, and the investigation was focused on Kline allegedly soliciting underage girls.
According to a probable cause affidavit out of Miami County, obtained by 13News, Kline created the anthony_shots account approximately six months prior to when investigators interviewed him in February of 2017. He allegedly said he created the account to contact both girls he knew and girls he did not. Court documents show Kline saying he would talk to girls, even if they were under the age of 16, and that he found them on Instagram and then told them to message him on Snapchat.
Kline allegedly claimed to have received pictures from all of the girls he chatted with and had saved them.
According to court documents, while investigators talked to Kline shortly after he returned from Las Vegas. Investigators said he told them he was "f****ed and he should've left." Kline said he had planned to leave the area that day, after his dad fell asleep, according to the court documents.
In that probable cause affidavit, Kline said he received sexual photos and videos of the girls he was messaging.
Investigators seized six devices from Kline, including smartphones, a tablet and an iPod touch as part of the 2017 search warrant on the child pornography case.
The iPod Touch was last used in May of 2015 and contained sexually explicit images of children, according to court documents. Locations for some of the images came back to Hammond or Royal Center, Indiana.
One iPhone, last used May of 2015, contained sexual images of girls around the age of 14. The geo-location on the images came back to cities in Indiana, including Bunker Hill, Galveston, Indianapolis, Kokomo, Monterey and Royal Center.
A Samsung Galaxy phone, last used in June of 2015, contained sexually explicit images of children between 12 and 17 years old.
Another iPhone investigators found contained sexual images of children between 12 and 17, adults involved in sexual acts with children between the ages of 3 and 11, and images of drugs and Kline with a black handgun. That phone was last used November of 2016.
The tablet was last used in March of 2016 and showed conversations on Facebook Messenger and the user suggesting the conversations be moved to Kik Messenger or Snapchat, according to the probable cause affidavit.
Another Samsung Galaxy phone recovered was factory reset on Feb. 23, 2017 ? nine days after the Delphi murders. A factory reset essentially wipes all user data from a device. investigators were able to get information on the device after the reset. It included discussions about meeting people in Las Vegas and prostitution.
On Feb. 27, 2017, Kline contacted police claiming he had located his iPhone 5. Investigators said they found images of females posing nude, but investigators could not determine their ages. Investigators also found much of the data from Facebook, Instagram, MeetMe, Snapchat and Twitter had been deleted. A review of the phone found that hours after police released him the day they searched his home, Feb. 25, he had uninstalled and deleted Snapchat and Instagram. The following day, MeetMe was uninstalled and deleted. The browser search history had also been deleted the morning of Feb. 27 before the phone was turned in to authorities.
13News has confirmed that Kegan Kline is still being held in the Miami County Jail. His next court hearing is set for Dec. 16.

I recall seeing that this “anthony_shots” account had left a ‘like’ on one of Libby’s Instagram photos.. so that is the immediate link, I suppose. But whether or not KAK was the one & sole user of the catfishing account, still remains to be revealed to us though. I don’t fully believe he is the BridgeGuy, yet maybe it is someone like him. Although I do wonder if some of this all is for another case that’s being worked on... because there is apparently a very seedy and lascivious underworld amongst the many people in that area of Indiana, and inevitably, it all needs to be exposed and brought to light.

It's hard to believe this guy's ONLY crime was Liberty and Abbey, there must be other victims out there. If they had the DNA they would be able to connect them. I don't think they have it.

A known sex offender who police say was the last person to speak with Delphi murder victims Liberty German and Abigail Williams has denied having any role in their killings in a jailhouse interview.
Kegan Kline, 27, is currently in jail on separate child pornography charges but he was free on February 14, 2017, when the girls were murdered.
He has recently been linked to their killings by police because he was behind a fake Instagram account that cops say the girls were communicating with.
Kline set up the anthony_shots Instagram page to solicit nude photos from underage girls which he said he would masturbate to. He used the photographs of Vince Kowlaski, a police officer and model who lives in Alaska.
In a jailhouse interview with HLN that will air on Saturday as part of its Delphi murder investigation special, Kline says police told him he was the last person to speak with the girls.
He bears an eerie resemblance to the man Liberty took a photo of on her phone before she was murdered, but he insists he had no role in their murders.
Kline was arrested on February 25, 2017 - ten days after Libby and Abigail's bodies were found - on charges that were not related to them.
He was living 37 miles from Delphi, in the town of Peru.
Speaking from jail, Kline told HLN that he has 'no idea' why police are now linking him to the murders, but then said: 'I think it's because they said I was the last person to talk to her, is what they've told me.'
He maintained that he did not have anything to do with the killings.
'One hundred percent not,' he said when asked if he was the man Libby took a photo of on the bridge.
The real man in the catfish pictures is Vincent Kowlaski, a married, 25-year-old Alaska police officer and father, who says he is horrified to have his face connected to the gruesome killings.
He told DailyMail.com last year: 'I was unaware that the Indiana state police were going to use my photos prior to them releasing all that information.
'I had to learn about the whole case overnight and am appalled to know what happened to those poor girls.
'Instagram and cat fishing has been a problem for me since the start, these social media platforms do nothing to stop that type of thing from happening unfortunately.'
The girls' families say they are desperate for the case to finally be brought to a close.
'It's probably the smallest thing but it's the one thing we are missing and that's just what we keep hoping for - that one small thing will come to light and that this will be over soon,' Abby's mother Anna Williams said.
'They'd be finishing up their freshman year of college. Hard to believe. She would have turned into a really good young lady.'
