I JUST saw this on the news. How sick do you have to be to offer your own daughter, who is developmentally delayed btw, to be sexually assaulted by drug dealers?

Well I'd imagine it does carry steep penalties because it's so rare that the authorities needed permission to charge the woman with it.

Here in hicksville WV...that shit is common. I actually know TWO people who actually took the girl in exchange for drugs. The mom was so damn hard up that she offered her 14 year old to two guys in there 20's. One of the guys was one of my best friends back in the day.  I still can't believe he did it..He wouldn't of gotten into so much trouble..but he took the girl across four state lines and stole two cars along the way..fucking drugs turned him into a dumbass I swear.

In American prisons they don't take too kindly to child rapists, from what I've heard they sometimes die the first day in.
