I recently listened to 'The Vanished Podcast' which featured a two part series on Noah's disappearance.

One of Noah's friends died in a hanging just before Noah's disappearance. He was found inside of a shed that can only be locked from the outside, but it was ruled suicide?

and Noah's girlfriend at the time of his disappearance - Courtney Godwin - died in a suspicious house fire in Nov 2014

Chattanooga firefighters battled a fully-involved structure fire in Hixson Monday night, and the incident involved at least one fatality.

Dr. Steve Cogswell with the Hamilton County Medical Examiner?s Office identified the victim as Courtney D. Godwin, 25. Dr. Cogswell said Ms. Godwin died from smoke inhalation.

The first call to 911 Communications was received at 8:16 p.m., with the report of a fully-involved structure fire with entrapment at 1332 Highland Way.

Captain Brent Arnold with Quint 16 said the house was fully engulfed in flames when the first firefighters arrived. Firefighters initially tried to enter the structure to look for victims, but Captain Arnold said the heat and flames were so intense that it was too dangerous for the firefighters to go in. Instead, the firefighters were ordered to pull back and fight the fire defensively, keeping the fire from spreading to other houses nearby.

Captain Carlos Hampton, the incident commander, said the firefighters worked as quickly as they could to get the fire under control. When the bulk of the fire was extinguished, firefighters found a Ms. Godwin's body in a back bedroom. Firefighters were conducting a search of the one-story structure to look for any other victims.

Haley Neal, 29, told Lt. Henry McElvain with the Fire Investigation Division that she barely escaped through a bedroom window. She was transported by Hamilton County EMS to Erlanger Medical Center, where she was treated and released for smoke inhalation from Erlanger overnight.

The cause of the fire is under investigation. The Major Crimes Division of the Chattanooga Police Department will also be involved in the investigation, which is standard protocol when a fatality or serious injury is involved.

So the brother thinks the police think Noah is a fugitive because there was a warrant out around the time he went missing.

What was the result of the investigation of the fire that killed Noah's girlfriend?

Yep. And I think the brother believes that Noah has been killed and a bunch of people know what happened. Not sure about the fire investigation - I will have to see if I can find anything.

The deaths, the tears, the fears, the falls. Through it all we still go on, the broken hearts, the cheating friends, so much pain that never ends. The fake smiles that seem to make everything okay, but not for you, because you know the pain won’t go away. Bright and cheery but oh so weary, because inside, your heart is breaking in two. Ringgold man continues search for missing brother

    http://www.northwestgeorgianews.com/....html?mode=jqm

Davis disappeared on June 20, 2014. A white Ford F150 pickup truck he was driving was found in the parking lot at America's Best Inn on Camp Jordan Parkway in East Ridge, Tenn. The truck was sitting askew, not inside a parking space. Its doors were open. “It was an extremely odd finding,” Wright said.

Wright, while he hasn’t given up hope, faces a stark reality that his brother may not be alive.

“The only thing that makes sense is that he has surely has passed away,” Wright said. “He would not have gone without reaching out to my mom in some form or fashion. The stories kind of fall into place with that. I’m hoping that is not the case, but ...”

Wright says there are basically two “stories” surrounding his brother’s disappearance.

The first one involves his brother disappearing near his last-know whereabouts, a wooded area on some family property around Pursley Drive off Battlefield Parkway. But, Wright said, a recent search of the area by law enforcement K-9s didn’t turn up anything.

The second “story” makes far more sense, Wright said. According to this story, his brother, who had been known to deal drugs such as marijuana, reportedly “ripped someone off” in a drug deal. So they abducted him from the hotel parking lot. “Sounds like he ripped off the wrong people. Drugs. Pot. He had been known to do that,” Wright said.

“They were taking him to hurt him and he tried to jump out of the car, so they ran him over by accident. Then ran him over again and killed him and buried him.” Reportedly it all took place in Whitwell, Tenn., in Marion County, about 25 miles northwest of Chattanooga, Wright said.

Wright said his brother, as of February 2016, has been listed on the National Missing Persons website.
