Having the step-father leave wasn't good enough, she should have NEVER been sent home with her cunt mother. I don't see how everyone could fail this girl so badly, nobody followed up on any of her statements. I just can't believe everyone she told could not see how serious this was. Not even one person bothered to see to it that she not be with her step-father and mother. And NOW they charge the mother with the sexual assault? She should have been charged right away and the poor girl should've never been sent home again. Not one person advocated for her. Just hard to believe people can be so horrible.

    Didn't mean to comment.

Here's a timeline so this isn't completely dumb - (Up until April anyway)

? May 10, 1997 ? Holli Marie Beth Jeffcoat was born to Chris Jeffcoat and Debi.

? August 12, 1998 ? First CPS investigation emerges in regard to physical violence from Debi?s father toward her children stemming from a domestic dispute.

? UNKNOWN ? Debi ends her relationship with Chris Jeffcoat because of his history of drug abuse, according to family members.

? November 20, 2000 ? Debi has a child with a man she is engaged to, James Daniel ?JD? Saddler.

? June 11, 2004 ? Chris Jeffcoat was booked into the Lubbock County Detention Center; charged with indecency with a child ? sex contact. He was found guilty for inappropriately touching his partner?s daughter who was younger than 17 years old at the time.

? October 5, 2004 ? Chris Jeffcoat was received at the Smith Unit in Lamesa, TX; he was sentenced to eight years.

? January 10, 2005 ? Second CPS investigation emerges. A family member in the house where Debi and her kids were staying was suspected of sexual abuse of Holli. CPS ruled out the allegations.

    ? June 29, 2005 ? James Daniel ?JD? Saddler dies in a work-related accident.

    ? March 26, 2005 ? Debi is convicted of a DWI.

? April 20, 2006 ? Third CPS investigation emerges. In a fit of rage, Debi broke all the mirrors in her bathroom. She told investigators she ?could not take it anymore.? The children were removed from her care for a brief amount of time.

? October 2006 ? Debi marries James Holland in Lubbock County.

? February 22, 2008 ? Fourth CPS investigation emerges. The family was in a vehicle accident. Holli tested positive for a sexually transmitted disease. A medical examination confirmed the girl was sexually abused, suffering genital injuries believed to have been inflicted two weeks before, the affidavit states.

o James tells CPS investigators Holli?s biological father is in prison for indecency with a child.

o March 27, 2008 ? Debi revoked consent to release medical records after she was tested for the sexually transmitted disease.

o March 31, 2008 ? Debi told CPS she was going to cancel Holli?s sexual abuse assessment on the grounds that Holli did not remember the abuse.

o James and Debi Holland are cleared. Based on James and Debi?s statements to CPS, the agency finds abuse occurred by Chris Jeffcoat ; however, Jeffcoat was imprisoned at the time.

? March 27, 2008 ? James Holland is accused of being physically violent toward two young extended family members while in his care.

o March 28, 2008 ? While investigating the physical abuse, the CPS investigator was informed of James and his brother sexually abusing a younger sibling. A parent of the siblings? labeled it as promiscuity. The younger sibling confirmed the abuse, then denied it.

? April 17, 2008 ? CPS disposition states investigators were unable to determine James had been physical violent toward young extended family members.

? September 17, 2008 ? CPS disposition ruled out neglectful supervision occurred by James and Debi Holland.

? January 29, 2016 ? Holli told school officials she was being sexually abused by James Holland, and she was pregnant.

? February 10, 2016 ? Holli was found murdered in her bedroom of her Northeast Lubbock County home. She had been slashed numerous times and partially burned. Her slaying leads to a multi-agency investigation, both county and statewide.

? Holli?s sibling was removed from the home. CPS filed a motion to terminate parent-child custody.

? A search warrant was issued for a travel trailer at Crossfire Manufacturing, owned by Holland?s family, approximately 4.5 miles away from the murder scene.

? James Holland was reportedly living in the trailer on the property during the CPS investigation.

? February 16, 2016 ? Family and friends gathered to say goodbye to Holli as loved ones wore #JusticeforHolli photos on their clothing.

? After the service, James Holland?s phone was seized by law enforcement officers. LSO Lt. Bryan Taylor states this seizure was one of many, including electronic devices from Debi and several other family members.

? February 18, 2016 ? Crossfire Manufacturing was searched by investigators.

? February 19, 2016 ? Investigators again searched the scene of the crime. This time enlisting the help of a septic service company.

? February 23, 2016 ? Investigators were back at Crossfire Manufacturing.

? February 25, 2016 ? The protective order for Holli?s younger sibling was granted. Parental rights were terminated.

? During this time, several sexual abuse outcries are made from the child while in protective custody.

? March 10, 2016 ? James Holland was arrested and charged with continuous sexual abuse of a child.

? April 19, 2016 ? A search warrant for a phone belonging to James was returned to the court and obtained by A-J Media. The attached affidavit detailed an outcry was made by Holli?s younger sibling in regard to child pornographic images on his phone.

? April 29, 2016 ? Debi Holland was arrested and charged with aggravated sexual assault of her daughter Holli Jeffcoat. Lubbock County Sheriff?s Office said more charges are pending.

? No arrests have been made in the murder.

Damn, even a life sentence is too good for this POS. Why didn't his crimes get him the death penalty? And what about his wife (I just can't refer to her as Holli's mom)?

It’s because he plead guilty that he didn’t get the death penalty. I agree with you, he deserved it.

Death sentence is too easy for this dude. I'd choose death over life in prison. And the other prisoners are probably not ok with his reason for being there.
