Could she have been taking this because of depression caused by the disorder? Maybe an accident? Then again, I imagine it takes a fair amount of this stuff to OD on it, I would assume, so maybe not.

That's what I was thinking, the overdose caused her to have a seizure so the family assumed she died from the seizure. Possibly not knowing she overdosed at all.
