On December 15,2015 our sweet, loving Zack(aka Dayz) took last breath at the young age of 34 years old while battling an illness in the hospital. At this time we are doing our best to ensure he has the best funeral possible. All donations are greatly appreciated and any remaining money after the funeral cost will go to his son, baby Zack. Funeral arrangements are still being discussed and we will be sure to keep everyone posted. Thank you for all the thoughts and prayers during this difficult and unexpected time.

Bad medical condition the hospital gave him to strong of meds after the surgery and it made his heart stop beating because his he had a heart heart murmur
