A 54-year-old man Geoffrey Withers of Tuncurry, has been reported missed by Manning Great Lakes Local Area Command on its Facebook page.

"Mr Withers is the proprieter of a business based in Taree and was last seen by neighbours about 4pm on Wednesday October 14 2015 at his residence in Tuncurry," informed the Manning Great Lakes Local Area Command Facebook at 4.31pm on Wednesday October 21.

"The business has not traded since last Wednesday.

"Police hold fears for the safety and well being of Mr Withers.

"If anyone has any information as to the possible location of Mr Withers can they please contact Forster Police Station on 6555 1299.

"Mr Withers is described as 54-years-old, grey hair, clean shaven, medium build, 175-185 cm tall, brown eyes."

"Mr Withers could be driving a 2001 Nissan X Trail, gold in colour, registration number XNF-986."
