Which reminds me, I wonder how Bill's doing. I almost miss his drunken posting rampages
Almost.
He still trolls around here, I see his screen name once in a while.

I'm recently unemployed, so I have lots of free time... ended up finding this thread on an old Reddit post about cases of missing people. I've read this whole thread and what a fucking ride. Anyway, my post here, I'll check out the rest of the site now!
Hi

Hello, everyone! Thank you for nice welcome!
And thanks for the links, blighted star. :) I'll check them out!
Bill did it
I think that Bill killed Morgan Ingram.
Call it simplistic but I can't get past the odds of Bill trying to gain entry into the facility her body was missing from. I'm 2 years into this and I still can't get past that fact.
First off I'll apologise for this thread necro, sick pun unintended, as a first post it's a bit weird I guess to use it on such an old discussion. However, as it hasn't yet been resolved and it's such an outre topic it seems kind of justified.
While I'm aware that having a loved one die and then to be accused of stealing their corpse would be about as awful as it can get, if one was innocent, I can't help but feel that Bill who has posted here so often is guilty.
As I read it, he's been mocking all of you as well as using his posts here to gloat over the family's discomfort.
I won't bother to quote the posts but he mentions three times in quick succession that the statute of limitations for the crime is almost up: Firstly on 2-23-2017 Post #2530 Page 102, then Post #2573 and #2584. That seems a little odd, though to be fair he is a bit odd.
Is this true? That would mean that the statute of limitations on this crime is only three years.
What would be the name of the charge if a charge were laid in this case?
According to https://www.criminaldefenselawyer.co...sdemeanors.htm the statute of limitations is 5 years for Theft or Robbery. This doesn't cover body snatchers?
Can't believe this thread is still alive.
Hi Meowse, I don't come here a lot to post anymore, but I'm a VERY old member. Welcome to MDS

Texas Penal Code - PENAL ? 42.08. Abuse of Corpse
I would also think possibly Grand Theft if she had Jewelry, cost of clothes etc. Burglary/Breaking and entering.
That's interesting, I guess a body isn't considered property in the same way jewelery or clothing is which would be theft? I'm pretty sure I'd read that the jewelery had been taken off and left behind, this was according to an anonymous source from Reddit who claimed to be in contact with an employee of the ghastly Dick Tips and Co.
This is one of my favorites too so when I see it bumped up I feel a little giddy... "What's Toni up to now?? " "what's the news from the berm"
Marshmallow here is the one I liken to Ed Gein... Originally Posted by Heartbroken1
