3 million isn't that much, and for someone in their 30's who has no job history or skills and probably has medical issues left over from her history, and will probably be having a kid(s), that's not going to last long.

Absolutely, he was definitely the perfect pawn. And her culpability in the murder really makes me question why she is receiving so much sympathy. Yes, she was a victim of her mother; however, killing her mother was a crime.

I feel bad for her. She still strikes me as having the mentality of a 12 or 13 year old. The media is going to make a meal out of her. I'll give it 6 months and if she isn't getting the therapy she needs, it's going to implode. I get it that she wants to be heard, but this is not healthy. I don't think her dad and step mom have ill intent, but I think other "handlers" are making a buck on this woman's suffering. I'm would think that her dad's hands are tied in the extent of protecting her because she is an adult. The media is good at building someone up and then tearing them down. I hope I'm wrong.

I saw it advertised and was wondering if it shed any new light. Glad I didn't watch it.
I wasn't surprised either. Her behavior after release isn't that of a young woman who is contrite and ready to move on. She is still the same immature person she was when she committed the crime. She needs deep psychological help and it appears that she's gotten none so she's acting in a way people can't accept.
