I've only bought one item at a time at MAC so I guess I never realized how expensive it is. I just spent $96 there on 4 items. $96!!!!! I almost threw up in my mouth but I was too embarrassed to tell the lady that is was too expensive. I'm going back in a few days to return two of the items. I just can't justify that on foundation, powder, eye primer, and lip gloss.

You guys have it good there. Trust me. MAC foundation here is $65-$70 a bottle. I spend a fortune when I am in the states and stock up. Will they let you return cosmetics? Isnt that a health and safety thing?

If it's unopened. I might keep it anyways. And some drugstores will let you return opened stuff and not restock it.

I did my nails again, but when I did my top coat it freakin ruined some of the black splotches... I need to use my nice top coat but the other one was *RIGHT THERE*

MAC must be like Urban Decay then. I got a wedding kit with lipgloss, finishing powder, mascara, hold spray, primer potion, and marshmallow body powder for $40 which isn't too bad. But then I got two eyshadows for 20.00 a piece and an eyeliner for 25. It ended up being like 112 dollars and my husband almost flipped a shit because i don't wear makeup very often and was it worth it to spend my money like that. I've only used the stuff once since we got married but I haven't gone anywhere special yet to put makeup on.

I might have to take you up on that one day! I usually time it pretty well and get anyone I know who goes there to stock up. My parents are going to Hawaii in May so I am hoping my stash lasts til then!

I need to figure out a new skin routine. I hate the texture of my skin. It looks like an orange peel because of the huge pores. And it just looks rough I guess. It's super dry but after a few hours, it's like an oil slick.
Blah.
