I flat iron my hair for 20-25 minutes every morning, unless I am in a rush, then I wear it natural. I shower at night so I can skip blow drying, otherwise my hair would take 45 minutes every day and that is far too long.

    This is my hair naturally...

Why am I not making sense?

    1. In the picture she is wearing too much make-up
    2. The face she is making in the 1st picture is not very attractive to me, however, in the second picture the face she is making is cute.

Better? Are you a Jess lover or something? :-)

Hi, I am not sure where you are located. I recently tried a new product. It is also by TIGI, and is part of the control freak line. It is a spray that you put in your hair when it is damp. It helps your hair to dry more straight. I just thought it may save you even more time in the morning. I don't carry TIGI as a line to sell in the salon, but I do use it at home. Here is a pic.

Once you go black you'll never GET back. I went black and it took a whole year to get out! I had my hair stripped 6 times, and had I had it done anymore, unless I waited a while for my hair to repair, it would have fallen out. I loved having black hair, loved loved loved it. I decided to go natural and for the first time since literally 6th grade.. my hair is the color it is supposed to be. I miss getting my hair done though.

I've never had a problem getting black out, but thats probably because I usually go from black to a color (like purple) so it needs to be bleached anyway...

If I wanted to go from black to a 'normal' color I would probably be screwed though.

Isn't an at-home abortion kit just a coat hanger and a bottle of whiskey? Or a flight of stairs.

    Re: beauty

Saturday i have an appointment for a girl that has 5 in. of outgrowth, a mid-dark blnd. The remaining foot of her hair is jet black from a box. I have just rescheduled her for next friday. Because it will probably take the last 3 hours of my day on Friday and an additional 2 or 3 sat. morning. People think box color is such a fantastic cheap way to do your hair. Until they don't want it anymore. It is going to cost this poor girl over 150 bucks for me to get it out and put new color. When she could have just paid for a regular foil service or even a color service at 55-75 bucks. It sucks for her, but lesson learned at this point.

HA HA HA HA HA I used to be a box color chic and then my nail lady told me that one of the stylists really wanted to get her hands on my hair... so anyways, i succumbed to the pressure and now she does my hair for free as long as I pass out her bussiness cards. She goes to all the big shows and crap in Vegas and comes back with all kinds of new ideas.

If I can't get in to her to get my color done ASAP, I threaten to go buy me a box of hair color. She usually gets me in the next morning.

Last time though she was putting blonde in my hair and when we got through and I went home, I had like 3 spots on my scalp that were like little open sores. It hurt sooo bad. Was it the frickin developer? Am I allergic or something?

That is ridiculous. Some girls need make-up don't get me wrong, and some girls look awesome with lots of make-up. I personally feel that Jessica Simpson looks just as pretty without all the caked on eye make-up. Some girlslook very pretty with no make-up whatsoever. It's debatable.

    Re: beauty

I used box dye... OH, let me share the fun! I'm mid-tone blonde naturally. I used box dye to get this (soft-sheen carson, yo!)

I LOVED my hair that color! When I wanted blonde again, 6 hours later, I had BLORANGE!

And another 2 or 3 hours later (the next weekend, as she refused to touch my hair anymore), I got my platinum:

It cost me hours of time, hours of bitching about box dye from my stylist, and about $300. I had chemical burns on my scalp (owie!), but I only lost about 2 inches to damage from all the processing.

*I officially have an appointment for Monday. My stylist rocks so hard, I don't make an appointment with her, she makes an appointment with me  *

Why is it that EVERY time I paint my nails, they do not every completely dry? I can scrape off the polish easily. Does this mean I use too much?

yep, let it dry between coats too. Nail polish doesn't TRULY dry for about 8 hours.

HOTSAUCE MY BANGS ARE IN DIRE NEED OF HELP
I used to have betty bangs and now I've swept them to the side.
BUT they are still all the same length so it looks retarded, I need it where it is choppy or what's the word... whispy I guess.
How do I accomplish this by myself?

Pull them straight up and cut into them not across, if that makes sense. You can keep the length but it will be choppy and cute.
