His sister - To anyone who knows my brother, Richard J Neo, HE IS MISSING and has not been heard from since Friday night (13.3.15)/Saturday morning 14.3.15).
I have been told he has no phone or money with him.
If you have seen or heard from him since Friday night or know where he is, please either contact me or have him contact me ASAP - I need to know that he is safe.
