IRC Room?

Has anyone thought about setting up an IRC room for the site? I think it could be useful

People still use IRC? That was my first introduction to the webz in 1994. /join #mydeathspace...that kinda thing right? Or do you mean like The Shoutbox at DD?

we've had two chat rooms, the first was successful, the second, not so much. there are threads about it. stickcam and epichat or something.

i liked the second one because you could draw penises to each other on it.

lol well what happened to the first? And the only thing about an IRC room is for it to be easy, you have to download an IRC application, which could be a pain in the ass

i think they were both independent cam chat sites. they had a mds room and everyone would just go chat there. it wasn't an actual mds chat.

I hear nothing but complaints about chats or shoutboxes from people that run the sites. And although it might be fun, it also requires people to CONSTANTLY be moderating them. I don't wish that on the moderators here

Yeah, the sheer amount of creepers/assholes/douchebags is alot to contend with lol
