Oh, she is beautiful. Poor baby. She actually looks genuinely happy in that picture, not like abused children usually look. Makes me wonder if this was totally out of the blue.

THAT Dezyra Exposures FB is her mom? She doesn't look to be suffering from an illness bad enough to lose custody of her daughter... Except maybe compulsive nakedness.

It doesn't make her very bright and it definitely looks like she probably suffered from 'dumb slut disease' instead of MS.

Seriously this is why I am like 'r u kidding' when people rant at MDS for things about how their kid might find this some day. Uh, I'd rather my kid read a news article about me dying in a car accident then see that this is what I do all day after losing custody.

This guy was fucking insane or on something hard.

    http://www.tampabay.com/news/publics...proach/2212878

On Wednesday morning Jonchuck visited a lawyer's office in Tampa wearing his pajamas. Phoebe was with him, sporting tiny shorts and a blue jacket. She did not speak.

Lawyer Genevieve Torres of the Family First Law Group in Lutz did not know much about her new client. Police and court records show he had a history of arrests on charges of domestic battery, driving under the influence, passing fraudulent checks with his child's mother, whom he had dated for several years. On most police records, his job was listed as "unemployed."

Jonchuck told Torres he had taken care of Phoebe for two years. Torres was supposed to file paperwork that day for Jonchuck so that, after years of domestic strife, he could gain full legal custody of his daughter.

Jonchuck asked Torres to read a Bible in Swedish. He told her she was God, the Creator. He asked Torres to accompany him to a church so he could be baptized. She refused, and he told her to stop the case.

"Don't file the paperwork," he told her. "It's not going to matter anymore."

"He's out of his mind, and he has a minor child with him driving to the church now," Torres told a 911 operator afterward.

Mom posted this about an hour ago:

Totally going to get all "Judgy" here. Don't get me wrong. He was the psycho that killed his daughter and whether that sprang from mental illness or drugs, he's disgusting and vile. Seeing as how he said filing the papers wouldn't matter and had the wherewithal to flee the scene, I'm thinking more drugs than mental illness. Between the both of them, this little girl didn't have a chance. I understand getting frustrated by people commenting about you. But at least make your first comment about losing your daughter be about her and how devastated you are because she didn't deserve to die. Not about yourself.

If he was bipolar and unmediated he could have had a manic episode and lost touch with reality in the process.

What genius decided either of the people would make fit parents?

The reports are saying that he was bipolar. Also, the day he acted nutty with the attorney- the police did track him down when he was picking the girl up from daycare.

After their meeting, she was so worried about the father and daughter that she reported the odd statements to police.
Officers interviewed Jonchuck and his daughter as he was picking her up from a church day care and both appeared to be in good health. Jonchuck said he didn't want to harm himself or anyone else, the documents said.
'She was smiling and appeared healthy, properly clothed and happy,' according to the documents.
A little more than twelve hours later, police said Jonchuck threw his daughter over a bridge.

After reading a little more on this- I think both of the parents of this poor kid are nuts.

Mom sure is making the media rounds. I've read quite a few different interviews that mom has gave.

Kerr said that despite her anguish and pain, she doesn't hate John.

“I would say to him, for Phoebe, and it's always been for Phoebe, I don't hate you. She wouldn't want me to, you were her dad.”

Meanwhile, John's own mother told FOX 13's Hetal Gandhi that she wishes he would've killed himself instead of Phoebe. She added that she hopes she never sees him again.

Kerr has also admitted that she has had her own struggles in the past. She suffers from multiple sclerosis and is a recovering alcoholic. However, she said she has always been a wonderful mother to Phoebe and her other two kids. It's clear that her 5-year-old little angel held a special place in her heart.

“She taught me so much and I don't know how, in her five years, she taught me a lot to open up my soul a little more in life.”http://www.myfoxtampabay.com/story/2...nchucks-mother

The couple met in 2008. Kerr was friends with a woman who worked at a call center with Jonchuck. She knew him as a gay man, who soon became her "gay friend," she said. But not long after they met, he told her he liked women, too. Soon, they were a couple. A year later, Phoebe was born.http://www.tampabay.com/news/publics...skyway/2213024

According to the above link- I don't understand how in the hell either of these people were raising this girl.

Wow. I saw her nasty naked pictures. She looks gross, but chicks don't turn me on, so she probably looks hot. All I know is that Facebook page would've been shut down. Just gross, both of the parents.

    RIP Baby Phoebe

Lol, agreed! It's actually the bridge leading up to the Skyway that he threw Phoebe from. I figured everyone knew what the Skyway looked like, but this bridge is smaller so I posted a pic so that others could envision it.

This whole thing disgusts me. I'm not even looking at her Facebook page.

And I agree with the poster who said that initial Facebook post is all about her. Fuck her.

    Useless.

A RIP Phoebe page. One commenter states that Jonchuck was found to NOT be the father in 2011. Not that you can believe everything you read on FB, just found it interesting.

It sounds like she kind of let him take the kid from what I've read and then he decided to pursue custody right when he was fucking losing it.

So my guess is she had two shitty parents but he was by far the worst, worst one.

Love the comments on one of her pics:

"If she put as much effort into being a mother as she did trying to be a porn star, maybe her sweet little girl would've had a chance at life. As the mom of a daughter the same age, I can't imagine giving up custody to someone with a bad history and just go on living her narcissistic, trashy life. Bitch."

And to be fair, multiple sclerosis sucks. You can seem perfectly normal one moment and the next not be able to move at all.

As someone with an autoimmune disorder who has several close friends with MS, I can safely say that it is not at all an excuse for allowing your daughter to be raised by a man who by your own admission has been physically abusive.

You may have physically bad days but it's also a disease that is contingent on psyche, it only debilitates to the extent that you allow it to.

Exactly. Coming from someone who DOES have MS. Some people use it as an excuse to try harder and live fuller. And some people just use it as an excuse. I find this Woman to be a disgusting example.

I do not understand why an unemployed man with a mental illness could be trusted to take care of a child, when he can't even take care of himself.

And I know everyone is hating on the mom but let's focus on the real piece of shit in this story, and the one who lost her life because of him. Mom just lashed out...regardless of how inappropriate her pics on fb are, or how her lack of punctuation makes my ...she just lost her daughter. I know myself well enough to know how I get when I read stories on here - and you can read that rage in my posts. I can't imagine how pissed I'd be if something happened to my own children, knowing that I just saw them and would never see them alive again. That's going to eat at her like nothing else in her life ever will again.

I feel sorry for mom, really. She thought she could trust someone she had a child with, to protect that child and do what good fathers are supposed to do. Sadly, that was not the case here.

Oh, and I feel pretty confident that he's gonna be ridden hard and never hung out to dry in prison, should he be sentenced. Or, if he should be given mental hospital time, that he recover well enough to be forced to relive what he did...every moment...until he dies.

There is no punishment harsh enough for what this asshole did to his own flesh and blood. Nothing to take away the fear that his own child felt as she was grabbed and thrown off of a bridge by someone she trusted with her safety and well being. Someone she loved to her core.

I could go on and describe, in intricate detail, what I'd do to this piece of shit, but I don't have to. Anyone with an active imagination could see this guy as sharkbait in my ocean, somehow on the receiving end of a Dexteresque execution and deserving just such an end to their being.

Despite my anger and occasional rage, I want the world to be a better place. Mental illness isn't the joke that we all make it out to be - a little girl is dead because her dad is completely fucked in the head and (obviously) isn't getting proper treatment for it. I could never imagine hurting a child, mine or anyone else's, the way some of the assholes on here hurt children. Maybe this girl would have had a chance if dad got the treatment he needed and deserved? I don't know. Maybe if this girl had different parents, she'd still be alive? We will never know.

All we can do now is pray that one person sees this kind of behavior in their own significant other and try to get them the help they need before something like this happens again to another wonderful child. That way, Phoebe Jonchuck's death, while tragic and incredibly sad, will have meaning to someone the way it does to me. My heart goes out to the family as they try their best to come to terms with this little angel's passing.

We can't choose our parents. The only thing we can do is to grow up to be as good as, or better, than they were to us. I can only hope to live up to that myself.

I'm done for today. Just thinking of this little girl's last moments are enough to break me down. Wondering what's going on...it's dark...where's my daddy...why did he throw me in the water...it's so cold...

Hug your kids, guys. They're a precious gift. Tell them that you love them and mean it. Show them that you care.

Seconded. I have a friend with MS who parents her child fine, considering the challenges.

I do not understand the police and CPS getting a call from someone saying 'this man just sat in my office and was completely delusional' and then being like 'are you delusional' to the guy and having him be like 'well, sometimes' and not even talking to the little girl alone, it's just so fucked up and crazy to me.
