    Karma suggestion

Doesn't mean much to me, but I noticed in one thread a dude who was an obvious troll smiting people.  Maybe adjust the karma so that people with neg karma can't effect people with positive karma?  Or even make it so that someone with huge positive karma can significantly bump up (or down) someone vs. no effect with someone with lower karma?

    Just a thought.

Yes it is always fun when the trolls sign up, smite, & run.

Was that the n00b savior who was trying to make MDS a kindler, gentler place for n00bs?

I was wondering if there might be a way to include an applause/smite 'button' (or whatever it's called...:-)) on the bottom of our profiles?  Sometimes you may want to give someone a +1, and then you need to find somewhere they've posted [no biggie]... but perhaps the reason that you'd like to give them a +1 has nothing to do with the topic they were posting in... perhaps you'd just like to return the gesture.  Again, like I said, NBD... just a Karma suggestion.....  :-)

i agree, there should be a karma button at the bottom of the profiles. that would have saved natasha from having to apologize to samantha.

That's exactly what I've been thinking.  Sometimes I'd like to return the gesture of a +1, and I'll have to go find a post that the person has made, even though that post isn't even the reason I'm 1 upping them.

    Re: Karma suggestion

I hate the Karma.  It's the only thing that makes me want to kill myself.  I signed up a new name and am back at n00bie status simply because I hated my old name.  Then somebody decides they think I was being rude and smited me.  Karma is so juvenile.  If I don't say "May God bless everyone" I get a negative.  Some people are so rude and should get smite in return.  Oh well, I'll go attempt suicide now.  Too bad I can't succeed in death!

Oh great, now YOU just smited me!
"at some point we all do really care what other people think or we wouldn't be here." Britney Spears..... And you know what?  Some of you MDS people make me not want to be on this earth either.  Why don't I kill myself? Would you submit my death for me?

Talk about twisted. Is that anything like bending over and sticking your tongue in your own ass? I'd never do that. My luck I'd get stuck anyway. Hate to have to explain that!
