21-Year-Old SMU Student Reported Missing
UNIVERSITY PARK (CBSDFW.COM) - The search is on for a Dallas college student. Police have issued a campus alert at Southern Methodist University for a 21-year-old man after his fraternity president reported him missing.
Connor Burrell was last seen at around 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday afternoon, walking along the sidewalk near NorthPark Center in Dallas, not far from the SMU campus. About 45 minutes before that, he was reportedly seen along SMU Boulevard. But he now seems to have vanished without a trace.
Burrell has been described as a white male, approximately 5 feet 10 inches tall, about 180 pounds, with medium brown hair and green eyes. He was last seen wearing a white hoodie, dark jacket, khaki pants and black eyeglasses.
Burrell's father said that the student left his wallet, phone and laptop at home.
