It's not "ample proof" that he's a horndog. It's someone accusing a dead doctor of molesting his kid and being a sexual predator. Which by all accounts, there's no proof of and the discussion has turned in to one where some people don't think that's okay to do. Especially when his Daughter inevitably shows up and reads all of this.
One person showed up to defame him. One person showed up to defend him. And hundreds had amazing things to say about him on his obit and FB wall. So let's believe the one douche instead. Makes sense.
ETA: I might add that at least the person who defended him disclosed who he was and what his relationship was to him.
Defaming douche still hasn't.
