Jerry McClure, 37, charged with assault by fishing line

He got tired of a man and woman riding their moped up and down the street, so he allegedly strung fishing line across the road from the intersection to his house and they got tangled up in it.

Deputies said when they arrived at Adnah Hills Avenue, they found a man and a woman wrapped in fishing line. The man?s lip was cut.

His brother ratted him out. Not that he needed to, since the line was tied to his house and all:

Deputies confronted Jerry and Steven McClure at the home. Steven McClure told deputies his brother came running into the house after the incident and threw a fishing pole behind the couch.

Jerry has a pretty distinctive facial hair look so it was easy to match mug shot with his Facebook page.
