I don't believe in "poor deer"  He was killed humanely, wasn't wasted, he was eaten.  Deer over population is the suck.  I'm the kind of person who refuses to eat meat that I don't know what happened to it.  No grocery meats for me.

I wasn't raised to hunt I've lived in the city my whole life.
I don't think I personally could kill an animal but I can sure eat them.
I heard deer tastes really good . I've tried buffalo too greasy for my tastes.

Deer tastes really good if it's not old. Ugh, nothing worse than old venison burgers that leave a coating of slime on the roof of your mouth.

Bear is nasty, too. Too gamey.

I was raised by hunters, but don't hunt because I do not look good in blaze orange and I have no desire to sit outside in winter, freezing my ass off, waiting for some deer to happen along.

[/quote]Deer is too gamey for my taste.  My parents have a whole cow butchered every year so we usually have enough beef that hunting isn't necessary.
