I am in shock! How horrible for these girls! Last night I heard on the news that the son of Ariel Castro, wrote an article about one of the girls when she went missing because they were friends of the family? So 3 brothers wanted their own sex slaves? WTF? I guess you never know what is going on next door! So glad they were found alive, sad that one of the girls mom had died before that happened though. :(

The one girl's mom made a statement, in 2012, she thought her daughter was abducted for human trafficking. It was my first thought when I saw the story. I-80/90 goes across the northern part of the state with easy access to I-71 and I-75. They could be shipped to Pennsylvania, Kentucky, Indiana, and Michigan within a matter of hours, just for the day.

A few years ago two cousins were abducted in Toledo, Ohio. They were stashed in a house, in Toledo, and were only brought out to service. I won't derail the thread with the story. I think there is a thread on it, but my search is broke. I googled and found an update from January of this year.

Another neighbor, Israel Lugo, said he heard pounding on some of the doors of Castro's house, which had plastic bags on the windows, in November 2011. Lugo said officers knocked on the front door, but no one answered. "They walked to side of the house and then left," he said.

this shit pisses me off so bad. The same thing happened to Jacee Duggard too- the damn parole officers searched the house and NEVER went in the backyard even though his ankle bracelet showed him back there constantly. Ball. Dropped.
