Jobbies! Hugh Jobbies! I'm at work tomorrow! No Playin!
Shortest recap ever:
The judge says:
Jodi was not holding a knife or gun in her hands when EX 159 was taken. Both state and defense agree.
Court is finished for the day. 9:30 am tomorrow.
Why would the State stipulate that? I think that's a mistake.
So does this mean after all that waiting, that the defense got in that stipulation....
but obviously JM can rebut.
So is the stipulation given so there is no testimony from "I see reflections" guy?
I wonder why Juan would agree to stipulate that Jodi had no gun or knife in the shower picture??? And I wonder why Jodi looked like she had been crying, then seen giggling with her DT?
:o)
Stipulation was agreed to so photo won't come in --- I think Catch you all on the flip side.
maybe she was crying about ALV whatever that was about
- Beauty is a beast.
I don't get it. I really don't. I say let them see the photo with the drawing and then point out that it could be a knife in the left hand.
I'm really confused by this decision. How in the world does it benefit the prosecution? Seems like a huge win for the defense. Would love to know where Martinez is going with this.

She was referencing a photo already in evidence, the one of Travis looking straight into the camera, but not the adulterated version of that one, presented by the DT today, the "eye" shot. Defense it done. Guess they both agreed to just agree to tell the jury, stipulate, that she wasn't holding a weapon when the shot was taken.

I think the stipulation was just to keep the picture and the testimony of the "expert" out of the courtroom. I'm sure Martinez knows what he is doing.

Well....guess we can ponder this and try to come up with reasons why the prosecution would agree to this stipulation...but folks, JM is no dope...I think during his rebuttal case he is going to hone in on proving the premeditation and it won't matter whether she had the gun or knife in her hands at the time the pic was taken..just my opinion ofcourse
It's shit like this.....that starts to worry me about this trial. The jury can only reach a verdit based on the evidence presented without their own opinions and preconceived notions. The reason why Casey Anthony was set free...the penalties were too harsh, and the evidence was all circumstantial. God damn this trial!!!!
{sigh} It all seemed so "open and shut" in the beginning... I hope Juan's rebuttal case brings hope back into my life.

Jaun has something up his sleeve. He wouldnt allow a stipulation like that unless he has something in mind, but what it is to me is the stranger part.
