Huh? Now Nurms is back to arguing the shot came first; and if it came first Travis was unconscious. So, how did someone who is unconscious stand at the sink and move down the hall? Just, wow.

"Well, it's YOUR fog..." - J. Martinez
this line is going no where b/c there's no where to go.
Yah. They think the jury that all agreed to 1st degree premeditated murder will think that being stabbed 27 times and having throat cut wouldn't hurt because of adrenaline. They still think they're idiots.
I hope JM can use Jodi's post conviction interview in the next phase
I'm finding it interesting all the things that the DT is now agreeing with the state about. I hope the jury is picking up on all this.

wow Nurmi really missed the point Juan made about the razor blade and her thinking that the nick stung. jeez.
when she commited suicide? Oh nurmi, even he wishes it was true
Nurmi trying to retry the defense case. He knows/remembers they came back with a unanimous Pre Meditated verdict right? Is he is a fog?
that really was powerful the 2 min of silence.. on two levels.. how much havoc she caused in that time but also a certain reverence for the memory of Travis. That's how I felt... very moving.
um, nurmi, NEWSFLASH!! the jury REJECTED your episode defense. It was premeditated.
Out, damned spot! out, I say! .... Here?s the smell of the blood still: all the perfumes of Arabia will not sweeten this little hand!

mental condition? so BPD gets you to the fog too? is that what he is saying Dr Demarte said?
Im sorry, but that was the worst argument for NOT being an act of cruelty I have ever heard. ever.
I remember hearing a while back that one of the inmates that knew stabby at the jail had said she told her that she had dismembered Travis and disposed of him in the desert. Always made me wonder if there was some truth there and she had initially tried to going by the wounds to his neck.
Nurmi's closing is a joke. I'm sorry, but he really just looks like an ass here. He's saying the DT takes issue with Dr. Demarte's dx, but they're now trying to use it? Can't have it both ways, dude. STFU.
Donavan is looking especially troll under the bridge today
Can anyone tell me when the Victim Impact Statements come into things? Is it part of this aggravation phase?
I have always felt that Nurmi disliked Arias from his body language alone. They DT speculated that the jury knew it which is partly why the they used the 'nine out of ten days' line. Nurmi and Willmott gave it their best shot. Even Willmott looks fed up with Arias now... unable to keep up the fake concern routine. She is unhappy that the DT wouldn't stoop nearly as low as she wanted them to. They will be attacked by her next. I hope the jury return quickly this time.

OMG JA is trying to look like she is sick and about to pass out. Pathetic.
somethings darkly amusing about Arias shaking her head NO.
Is she about to nod off?
Where the hell does she think she is?
The doctor never said adrenaline prevents feeling pain, did he?
