Why do I love to cry so much?

I read We Need To Talk About Kevin and cried. I didn't cry at the movie though.

I had a mega depresso movie marathon and watched Cold Mountain, The Help, Marley and Me, End of Watch, Dear Zachary, The Bridge, Revolutionary Road, Boys Don't Cry, Million Dollar Baby, and The House of Sand and Fog, over about a two week period.

We Need To Talk About Kevin is on my restricted list. I saw the movie first and was fucked up for a good couple of days from it. So then of course I decided to continue the state of horror and buy the book. I'm far less sympathetic towards the mother in the book versus the movie, but yeah. That and Requiem for a Dream are movies I'm fine with never watching again. That Kevin movie struck some weird nerve I didn't know I had still after years of internet desensitization.
