Sara Celeste Polk, 23, of 103 Barron St. Union S.C. died Monday, May 7, 2012 in Boiling Springs S.C.

A daughter of Henry Lee and Virginia Polk, she was born in Ft. Belvoir, Virginia On February 9, 1989.

She was a graduate of Union High School Class of 2007, and was a fulltime student at USC-Union , and had been employeed with Haemonetics and McDonalds of Union.

Surviving in addition to her parents are 1 daughter, Mya Saraye Porter of Union, 3 brothers, Joseph "Joe"(Christon) Jennings of Union, Henry Lee Polk Jr. of Spartanburg, and Solomon (Amber) Gilkey of Union. 1 Sister, Angela Duke of Frankfurt, Germany. And a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, May 12, 2012 at the Lewis Funeral Home Chapel by the Pastor Pam Stanfield at 3:00 p.m. with burial following at Union Memorial Gardens. Public Viewing will be held Friday May 11th 2012 from 9-6 p.m. at Lewis Funeral Home. The Family will receive friends at the home 103 Barron St. Union S.C. 29379.

Lewis Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
